I have been reading these Brazilian boards the past month trying to figure out a trip I am planning but now I am totally confused with these prices below. I thought $200 US per day would be fine for a decent hotel/food, taxi service, and maybe a girl for the night. Is this due to the fact SP is a larger city or should I expect to average 300+ US any place I go? I read below where some guy is paying an average of 1000 US per day and I don't understand why? Damn now I have to re-think my travel plans

Hey, don't sweat it. A basic Brazilian job pays about R$300 per MONTH which is less than US$200. The price for basic items in Brazil is very cheap. But they are exactly that, basic.

GK is hitting the most expensive restaurants and *****houses. The sky is the limit if you want to spend it.

If not, you can eat very well for R$20 in Sampa, find a very decent and clean place to stay for R$100 or a bit more, get a hot girl in a clinica for R$100 per hour. No doubt you could hook up an all-nighter for R$200 or less.

You could do it for much less than this, but most people don't want to be bothered with that on vacation.

Once you get out of Sao Paulo, these prices go down quickly.

GK is at the very pricey end of the spectrum. He is blazing some new trails for us with the VIP models catalogue, which is great. I will probably never spend R$2000 on one night with a girl, but it's interesting for me to read.

According to Pro he spends about $1300R a day ($593US)

He said $500R when not doing p4p a day ($228US)

That's using up to the minute exchange rates.

If I read it correctly, that breaks down to (2) Garotas, including overnight per day. All from 1st tier clubs/bars

I think I'll be spending somewhere between $300-500US per day, 3 Chicas per day, mostly fast food or room service, maybe one or two dinners out, Sampa Guide for an undetermined amount of time, a clinica or private daily is apart of that plan.

Clinica in the morning, Internet chica in Afternoon, maybe dinner, Hit up Sampa Guide, do the rounds, do some non-pro clubing, come back to Love Story, find a chica for TLN and repeat. At least that's what I hope, I'll prolly get my time monoplized by some chica anyway.

Please keep posting your great reports complete with prices. They are the among the finest, most informative posts on this board. We get plenty of "gringoes do your duty" (with respect to prices) posts, and I believe that argument is well understood by readers of this forum.

The high-end market is not so often reported, so it's very refreshing to hear about your mid & high-end adventures (both food and ladies). Please keep your reports coming.

I just got back from 7 days in Sao Paulo and one of the best times that I have had in this city. I am convinced after being in some of the world’s best mongering cities in the past year that this city has the best women and settings that I have seen. I also had an opportunity to meet Ghengis Khan and we had a great time in Sao Paulo.

I started my trip in Buenos Aires, which I had very high expectations. I was to meet a wonderful girl that I had seen many times and we were going for a romantic weekend in Buzios. We had been planning this beach trip for about 4 months; I sent her money for an airplane ticket and we were set to go. I checked and she had purchased a ticket and we were good to go…I thought. When I arrived in Buenos Aires in Tuesday, I called her and no answer. I tried e-mailing, calling again…and again and finally gave up. I was holding out hope that I might see her on the plane on Friday, but it wasn’t to be. I called my friend Vatel69 and told him I was coming to SP a few days early and that I was really pissed and frustrated.

So, I arrived from Buenos Aires via Rio (Not the best way to SP from BA but I was going to the beach with a babe remember) at Congonhas airport on Friday evening, it was raining in Sao Paulo but finally made it to my hotel, the Melia Comfort in Higienópolis. This hotel was recommended by Vatel69 and was a great location, about a two block walk to Shopping Higienópolis which is a wonderful place to view some of Sao Paulo’s best specimens. Rooms were around 170R, very comfortable. The only draw back was that the service was really bad.

My good friend Vatel69 was able to line me up with Fernanda to make me forget my beach trip (http://www.gpsex.com.br/modelo_detalhes.php?id=718). Fernanda is a great person and she is an animal in bed, probably one of the most active in bet that I have ever been with. She has a great attitude and she really gets into it. I think she really likes sex. She speaks a little English and is really fun to be with. We started off with some very passionate kissing and then everything else. I was really spent after the first round and fell asleep. She snuggled next to me and also went to sleep. I sort of moved and moved closer to her some time in the middle of the night. She responded by rolling on top of me for another round, she is an animal in bed. After a wild night we had breakfast and another round, this time slower and longer. Fernanda is a great girl and I would really recommend her. I will see her again the next time (January) that I am in SP. I paid her 350R for the night and is was well worth it. All told she spent about 16 hours with me but remember YMMV. I will report on day 2 in my next report. Funny, I wasn’t thinking about the beach babe any more.

I just came back from a trip to Sao Paulo. Here is a list of prices I paid per day:

Hotel: R 110
Food: R 80
Taxi: R 100 (not including airport to paulista fare)
Girls: R 250 (france bel)
R 270 (ele e ela terma)

That's a total of R 810, per day.

According to your color scheme, I am green (which NO WAY i am)

As you can see, I stayed in a cheap hotel, ate at simple restaurants, and did not frequent the high class places (photo, bahamas, we).

R 800 is the absolute minimum that you need to qualify for an average monger status.

If you stopped posting prices, you would do a HUGE disservice to readers of this board. I'm begging all of you mustard-eating union bosses with harems, PLEASE continue to post prices.

If I were to read a post about a great experience that caused me to try for myself, and then I found the cost was double my budget, I would cry. If I were to bring a friend or a colleague to such a place, I would be shot. Worse, I'd be stuck with the bill.

IMHO, if a Saudi Prince were to go into Bomboa or Kilt and pay $600 for a girl, that would be bad. It would reenergize the girls into thinking they should try to gouge gringos. If you frequent the WE's of the world, it should not be our concern. From a philosophical sense, others (me) might find it crazy to spend $600R in a $200R world, but so what?

Anybody in Rio on Friday or Saturday? If so, I'll buy the first Skol.

This is crazy. Those bitches and the waiters who participate in this scam need to be eliminated.

A Red Label bottle in Love Story, with a table on the dance floor and VIP service, costs between 250 (for regular customers) and 350 reals, and Tequila shots or Smirnoff Ices 25 reals.

I'm a regular in LS since long and I've never experienced or even heard about this 128 reals Tequila shots scam.

Red. I stay in Parthenons (but as GK I wish I could stay in Fasano or Unique), eat in good yet simple restaurants, don't overpay garotas, but seriously party.

Parthenon (room, laundry, room service, phone calls, ect) : 160 reals
Late afternoon accompanhante : 200 reals
Meals : 80 reals
Taxis : 60 reals
Entrance/drinks in various clubs + Red L bottle, ladies drinks and VIP service in Love Story : 600 reals
Garota from LS : 200 reals (LT)

SPPD : 1300 reals.

On days when I don't P4P and chase non-pros in regular spots, SPPD is around 500 reals.

I want to make another point. I don't think I spend that much money playing as many of you "Cheap Charlie's" (which I don't think you are) might have gotten the impression of. I only go once or twice every year (for about two weeks) and when I go I don't fly Business Class - I fly regular "Monkey Class". I am not that particular about the hotel either. I don't stay at Emiliano, Fasano or Unique - although this is tempting and I might try it on my next trip - if they will let my girls in without charging me.

So all in all I don't think I am the biggest spender here - its just that when I go I use my money on what I like - on the girls and on food.

A days budget would be something like this:
Hotel - R$200
Lunch - R$200
Dinner - R$400
WE - R$1200
Taxi - R$120

This forum is like a plane. They are passengers ready to spend big bucks just in order to travel first class, while the rest of us, the vulgum pecus, are very happy to travel at the regular price....and they are the stow away (paying even less in one hand, but on the other hand they can end up paying more = their life!). All these people cohabit in the same plane. (A couple of years ago the big spenders could travel faster than us, the vulgum pecus, with the Concord. Then, we could envy them..today there's is no reason to envy them)

Do we hear anybody complaining anymore about this «division of classes», to use an outdated marxist jargon? First class, tourist class or stow away are leaving and landing at the same time, aren't they? The only difference is between a glass of champagne, a can of coke and.....nothing! At the end they all travel the same distance.

The difference between HDH (High Dollar Hottie) and LDL (Low Dollar Looker) is the same. Some guys are ready to spend big bucks (sometimes excessive) money on HDH, while some others are very happy with LDL.

I am definitely in the LDL camp. I prefer to go out with R$200 GDPs. This is my limit (monetary and for ethical reason). The reason is very simple: I know that this is the price the local mongers pay. Why should I pay more. I don't want to «spoil» the market.

As a Montrealer, I know what it means. When the Canadian dollar was very very low a throng of Yankees were spending a lot of money in Montreal (according to some, the best place for hobbying in North America, with a lot of GFE escorts). The result was an increase in prices, the fatal rift between HDH and LDL.

Moreover, I cannot spend R$1000 or R$2000 in one night. With this amount of money I can go out with several girls, not only one. (On my next trip I will try "privés", just for the fun)

Another reason is the following one: I don't like to throw away my money to «pimps». There's is a reason why a girl ask R$600 and more for a session. Either they have to pay (a substantial amount of money) to work in these kinds of venues or they have to give half of their money to agencies (the R$1000 - R$2000 girls). For me, these clubs or theses agencies are like pimps.

I don't know W.E., Bahamas, Café Photo and others place like theses ones. It's not my intent here to criticize these kinds of venues. Some people like it and it's all right. It is clean, safe, and you can find people speaking English. Some people are ready to spend this amount of money (R$600 and more) and it's their right. A good point to Café Photo, for example: Every three months, the girls are tested.

On the other hand, places where you can spend big money attract habitually mobsters. I don't want to drop names here but there are famous places in Sampa which are run by the Asian Mafia (Chinese and or Japanese). One more thing, do you remember that a couple of years ago an employee of the former W was cloning credit cards? Dooooh! You are a well-informed monger or not....I consider that I am well-informed, so I prefer to stay away.)

Personally I never ask for TLN. I think it kills the mood. I always arrange (eu combino um encontro) a 1 1/2 or 2 hours session with a girl. Don't worry boys! If the mood is good she will stay longer with you without asking more money. In fact a TNL can transform itself in a TWL...read my September 2005 trip report. They are women after all, and like every women they like to be treated well...money cannot buy respect!

To sum it up, people are free to go where they want and spend their money the way they like it. We have all different stories to tell and each of them is a potential treasure of information. And in this respect GK posts deserve a good mention. Reading him is a pleasure because it helps me to discover aspects of Sampa I will never know. The world of the rich and famous.....

Maybe we should all have color codes next to our handle. That way, we know where we stand. For example:

GREEN ('cause money is no object): G.K. and a few others. This is for "dot.com er's" that got out at the perfect time, sold their AOL stock at $230, hide all of their money from S.O's in the Cayman Islands or something.

Average SPPD (Sao Paulo Price Per Day, including hotel, food, girls): $650+

RED: High budget, high volume people. Go to Bahamas, Cafe Photo, maybe WE, Bomboa at the very least, usually stay at nice hotels and eat at nice restaurants. Some days, known for multiple chicas, or TLN and TLD's.

SPPD: $400-$649

YELLOW: Enjoys a reasonably nice hotel, eats at good restaurants, and may
go to one of the nice clubs, but only take one girl for the minimum time.

SPPD: $280-$399

PINK: Never Mind pink.

BLUE: The budget/quantity shopper. A massage in the day, a Rua August girl at night. Priceline rooms, takes the Metro, locks the mini-bar before the girl gets there. Known to walk between Paulista and Kilt at night. Eats a lot of fast food and pizza slices.


SPPD: $160-$280

WHITE: Same as Blue, except one girl per day, usually Kilt or Cocktail.
