I must be there for work in october (about a week).

I'm a veteran of Brasil's turs, but I never was there and never hear any information about local mongering.

I was there 6 years ago and located one decent wh.re house, like a termas. Good quality and half the price of a rio termas. Usually taxi drivers can help you. Also, maybe they can find you girls or a madam.

Now Porto Seguro is a place where a half way young guy with decent game can score, during vacations. Full of Brazilian chicks far from home, looser then usual.

There's a thread dedicated to Sao Luis.

Girls are rather ugly (as in whole Nordeste) but it's undoubtedly one of the most enjoyable place to visit in Brasil.

I was in Maceio again a few weeks ago, it was much worse than last time
2 years ago.
Sabor Da Fruta who had the best girls last time had moved and there was no action there anymore, the quality of the girls at the other Fuckbars were very low .
After 8 pm there were a couple of Streetwalkers outside Hotel Ibis
I cant recommend Maceio for mongering longer

I was in Maceio, in the state of Alagoas, once in 2005. Will be returning this Fall. Back in 2005 there was a different club for action (Programa girls) each nite of the week. On Mondays it was one place, on Tuesday another club, etc.
Does anyone know the current schedule, which clubs for which nites?
Can anyone name any clubs or bars in Maceio with action?

As Jose said, the only five stars in town is the Castro's Park www.castrospark.com.br, and definitely the best alternative, even if it's far from western 5 stars standarts ; i had a 160 reals/day/net, Sat and Sun lunches buffets included, for a two weeks-and-something stay. The staff is friendly, there's sometimes some cuties around the swimming-pool and the saturday afternoon feijoada is THE place to be for the Goiania's upper-class community. You will definitaly impress your potential victims by staying there. I personnaly found that Castros Park was a cool place.

I must say that Goiania is my one of fav city in Brasil, even if it lacks that 'tropical' atmosphere you find in Nordeste or Amazonia.

It's a clean, modern, wealthy and undervisited city with an incredible ratio of model-type girlies and a highly pleasant country and western atmosphere. There's a lot of Texas imitation in the Goias state,(sertaneja country music, rodeos, guys wearing Stetsons, ect). There's also VERY nice timeless old gold-mining towns, like Goias Velho or Pirenopolis, but also many parks with waterfalls and natural swimming pools and others natural reserves throughout the State.

There's plenty of nightlife/clubs, and a lot of mongering options, yet IMO no really need to use them. I visited only two high end P4P clubs, but I heard about a place named 'Elite' which seems also worth the visit. There's also plenty of cheaper places that I didn'd visit. All costs in Goiania are anyway about half of Sao Paulo's prices.

P4P clubs I visited :

- Real Prive : The most famous upscale club in town, a kind of Playboy Mansion in a huge mexican style 'hacienda'. The place has constantly around 30 or more girls inside, whose level is 6/8 with a few 9's. Good strip shows with some famous strippers, most from Sao Paulo and southern states, live music, DJs, restaurant (excellent picanha), dance floor where the guests dance with the girls between the shows, outdoor swimming pool, ect. Everytime I've been there I found a good party atmosphere. Only take-out, prices around 150/200 reals "a noite inteira", even for the strippers.

- Platinnum : Also a famous place, the second best choice in town, in the airport area. Very good strip shows as well. The price levels are as Real Prive, yet the level of the girls is slightly lower.

Regular bars/discos. There's a GREAT non-pro potential, yet in Goiania, you MUST speak portugese :

- Hit's
- Swingers
- Cafe Cancun disco (in the Mall Flamboyant). Sundays are 'forro nights" with lots of beautiful people and stunning girls.
- Cafe Cancun bar/restaurant (near the Castro's Park hotel) : very good atmosphere and food, it was my headquarters in Goiania.
- Eclipse : my favorite place, an immense forro/sertaneja place with live music, packed on weekends with tons of sexy "country girls", many eager to meet gringos. A bit far out of town, but really worth the visit.

Thanks for the ideas guys. I'm flying from Belem so a bit expensive to bring company. Then flying out from the Argentina side. Seems like a fun way to do the cross rather than buses thru Uruguay again (although that can be fun too). Never been to Foz b4 and don't usually do Indie Jones (much to Prosal's disappointment). Always planned to go there with a nice girlie from RJ but maybe next time eh (unless I can get one to rendevous). Sorry to hear there's no real Temple of Poon, but I will try to have fun anyway

'Tease the croc' game I learnt in the Amazon earlier this year: tie a piece of carcass to a long piece of thin rope. Stand somewhere 'safe.' Am familiar with all the excellent reports in the dedicated threads on these two locations. But if anyone has anything to add, or has been recently but not got round to posting, all info appreciated (forum or pm). Cheers.

Don't miss the Argentinian side of the falls. I stayed on the Brasilian side and only visited Argentinian side during the day. I found Puerto Iguasu to be much nicer with lots of bars and restaurants. If I ever go again I'll stay on that side.

Use the local buses to get to both sides. Very convienient and well organised.

Make sure you have your passport with you when visiting Argentinian side. They stamp it good for 90 days stay. Also have AR pesos when going to the falls on that side. It is the only currency they accept for the entrance fee.

Good luck. It is truly well worth it. Very nice experience.
