Yes you can go to Tobalaba station and you will see a pharmaceutical store on the corner. They have a folder with almost every prescription drug in it in English. So you can buy Viagra, Cialis, amoxicillin, anything basically you want. Prices are competitive (with Australia). There are probably other places as well but this is central in las Condes.

I was in Santiago again yesterday and it was hot, say 35 see (95 F). Building on some previous research about raunchier cafes con piernas in an area without many tourists. I traveled again to the cafes on San Diego street just north of the Franklin St. Intersection. It's easy to get to (just take the Metro to the Franklin stop, cross the park and head north, toward downtown, on San Diego street). A good reason to be in this area would be to check out the Persa Bio-Bio (big weekend market) on Saturday and Sunday. Truly massive in size and what's on offer, and just to the east.

I dug a bit deeper into Espectaculos Sexy Woman, the one strip club on the west side of San Diego. It's 2. 5 K pesos to get in, and for that you get a small cup of Coke. The main room has a small stage that only occasionally has a dancer, and maybe 8-12 women sitting around on benches. Taking my own previous advice, I didn't take the pushier ones that approached and eventually was left alone to survey things. The girls were maybe 3-7 in looks and looked a bit hard, as you might expect for the kind of work it was. They were all trying to get customers into a second, darker room for a nude lap dance (5 K) and hard sell for the third room for the sexo (25 K). I picked one of the quieter ones and it was a good choice. There was a wait to get in the third room (during which she did more lap dances, a good sign), and the room was surprisingly just a well-lit and cramped space maybe the size of a closet with a padded bench in it. Besides pretty good coffee for $2. 75-3. 75, the attraction of this sort of thing is that, at best and with the right girl, it's like a lap dance in the USA Where you can touch, with the 2 K drinks needing re-upping every so often and the better girls allowing for more view or touching in more places with each additional 2 K drink. Most also do the lap grinds. That's the baseline experience.

A few places have upsells. First the bad: Jamaica Cafe, a hit and miss spot on the east side of San Diego. Had dropped in before and sat with a playful Dominican girl for 2 drinks, but this time it was a much larger, very Rubenesque and pushy girl that headed out to me. I should have seen the red flag when she essentially self-ordered the first drink, but I gave her too much patience. She would guide hands around strategically to boobs (the one good feature she had) and summoned me over to a corner that wasn't really marked or anything and started to do the pull and even pulled it out, then did some dry-humping. So it's generally hit and miss, but I was the only gringo customer around and locals already knew their favorite bars and girls, so they didn't have to spend on research like I did. It can be good fun during the afternoon or after a trip to the Persa Bio-Bio, but for FS the options are very limited and it can't realistically substitute for agencies or the more expensive mainstream options. OTOH it's more hands-on than the downtown places, and can be a good deal with the right place and girl. Am sure there must be other areas like that around non-touristy (but still safe) parts of the city.
