My last day in chile, I exchanged my pesos for three USA $100 bills, us. Then when I landed in Lima, Peru. They wouldn't take them at the airport. Went to my hotel and they wouldn't take them. Went to a local casa de cambio and they rejected them also. I hit up a local store and they took one. I hope I can cash them in the states.

After visiting Santiago last week, I have found the club amsterdam report by Riverm was accurate and helpful. I visited there three times and would like to add that I was presented with both an hour option for 60, 000 pesos and a half hour option for 40, 000 pesos.

A cab driver happened to lead me to a similar place one night around 12am which was also just as good as club amsterdam. I was intending to go to my hotel, but after the cabbie was repeatedly saying chicas to me with enthusiasm, I couldn't say no to him. We pulled up to a white victorian style house on an unassuming residential street. The location is 2981 Las Hortensias crossroad at Tobalaba. I'm not sure if it's branded with any name or what the phone number is as my Spanish is not good so I didn't bother trying to ask. The cab driver seemed even more excited than me about what we were walking into. We entered through a small gate which wasn't locked and the madam was already opening the door as we were walking up. It's a pretty large residential house but it's not renovated into a brothel like club amsterdam. There were a few male civilians hanging around as we entered. I'm not sure why they were hanging around but one was nice enough to translate in english what my cabbie was trying to tell me. I was taken into a living room area separated by a curtain divider and seated on a couch where chicas would enter one by one in slinky bikinis from another room and greet me with a kiss on the cheek while providing their name. There were about 12-15 girls who did this and afterwards they all lined up for me to make my selection. The chicas were all of good quality and I even recognized two chicas that were working at club amsterdam earlier that same day. I happened to have a session with the one that day. Hi people, I am making my first ever visit to Chile in a few months time and hoping to have a few days in Santiago, a place I know nothing about. I cannot see any recomendations on the board about hotels (unlike some other places in the forum). Can any one give me a rough idea of which is the best area to stay in for our hobby and are hotels there generally girl-friendly? In a strange city (and with no Spanish) I would prefer to oder take outs to my room. As ever any advice gratefully received. Whizzkid.
