Sorry, I don't remenber the name of the place, but they are docen of different Cafe Con Piernas in the center of Santiago, you need to find the one where the extra service is availabe. First time in Santiago, and first experience with the "Cafe con piernas". Very interesting! you are in the best mongering part of santiago imo although you better do your mongering during the day as gen holley / suecia area is dangerous at night.

there's an entertaining bar called louisiana on the corner of gen holley / suecia, cabs back and forth even though it's only 200 meters, i kid you not.

I have stayed at Sheraton Four Points several times over the last few years. One of the bars behind the hotel, Lucas Bar, has girls available but they will want you to pay through the nose, I. E. US$250 for TLN. Forget it. I had better luck perusing the classified ads in El Mercurio, where you will find notices for several brothels. On my last trip I picked one called Oasis, which turned out to be a small cramped place, but the girls were attractive and provided good and inexpensive service. Several posters on this forum recommend the escort services, so best do your homework and see which ones are most highly recommended. I don't consider Santiago a good mongering city compared with the rest of Latin America, but others differ.
