These are the "new breed" of condom and are a made of a medical-grade polyurethane material called "microsheer" as opposed to the traditional latex variety condom. Santiago is great for mongering, that is if you know where to look for. Also Santiago is an excellent place to find dates and one night stands. Ok the first place I want to talk about are the VIP bars/club. The bars are Lucas Bar (Suecia, Vitacura). You can have a lot of fun there talking and snugging with the girls. It will be a lot cheaper than paying the bar fine (U$100), most of the girls will want to go out and meet up with you another day. Take them to a motel or invite them for dinner, etc. Mongering is expensive in Chile. True but it can also be a lot of fun. You can also get freebies here as well (wink). So check this out. If you find a girl you like in these websites. Call them and arrange a meeting. I know is expensive, but that's only the first investment. After you have a date with them. Get their number and the price can easily drop down to 50% of the original price if you call them directly. I did this a few times and had all nighters with some of the girls. Had a lot/lot of fun. Go down to paseo Ahumada (tmetro Universidad de Chile). There are plenty cafe in the pasageways to both sides as you walk to plaza de armas.
