I have scheduled a test just in case, but I don't think it is required. Anyone else have more information?

I had the same problem with a CS debit card at a few ATMs, but another card worked perfect.
Called CS, they said wrong pin too many time, they had to block it out. Reset the PIN, card works now.

Many Americans don't have passports or even travel out of their own state and base their views through TV shows, movies and stories they hear. Its like they watched Narcos on Netflix and that's all the info they need to come to a conclusion on Colombia.

If they have not been vaccinated, they can bring a PCR test performed 72 hours in advance and with a negative result.
Foreigners not residing in Colombia but visiting the country for tourism or business purposes:
Pre-registration form for Migraciķand Colombia with your travel information on the Check-Mig page before coming to Colombia. You must enter the following link: Check-Mig.
Vaccination card showing that they were vaccinated at least 14 days before the date of entry to the country. It is accepted to have at least one dose.

Looks like visitors will need both the vaccine and the test.
There are two separate categories of travelers.

Heading into Bogota on Saturday, then on to check out Frogg's recent discovery, Villavicencio. Been coming here since 1970, and Colombia's an always-exciting, wonderful place, filled with a colorful cast of great people.
Too bad so many Americans fear it so much. But, hey, better for the rest of us.
Happy hols to all.
Poly.

Apologies if this is a read-the-fucking-thread thing, but I'm having a problem here that I haven't had traveling elsewhere: no ATMs will give me money. I put the card in, it asks me if I want to withdraw from savings or checking account (neither works), and then it says the transaction failed. I called JP Morgan Chase and they couldn't tell me anything. What gives? I had to get COP from one of those shitty currency exchanges using my cards.
