Wouldn't be surprised to see a repeat of the 2015-2016 USD move. Bottomed in the Spring (Apr 2015) and topped the winter (Jan / Feb 2016). Similar bottom in May, 2018. Looking for 3300+ by my visit in early December. Wish I could travel in January, but work doesn't allow. No idea why the COP:USD rate drops the second half of December, but it happened the last two years. Maybe there is a Holiday/Seasonal explanation for the temporary drop.

I think you are asking in the wrong place. This is not the place for life questions. What is stopping you from leaving US?, you must have priorities clear, there are important things in life than a job or citizenship status. You can survive any where in the world if you are talented. You will resent after 10-15 years for losing most productive years of life.

My I-140 was approved in 2012. I cannot submit I485 until the backlog is cleared until 2012. I talked to my immigration lawyer and he said that based on the backlog I can expect to get my green card in about 40 years. 150 years is a worst
case scenario for applying now.

When you say approved, do you mean that your I-485 was approved by USCIS or that you went to an interview and were verbally told that you are approved? If the latter, then all that is left is to send your file for GC production, so it should be a few weeks. If the former, then it has to go thru NVC, so no telling exactly how long, but probably 3-6 months to get an interview (or when visa becomes available) and then a few more weeks to produce and mail the card.

I am a 35 old male single male living in US. I'm from India and moved to US in 2005 and currently working in US.
