Second, they know where the gringos like to stay. They are more than happy to take the trip in order to get paid. Most will expect you to pay for the taxi.
There's always the metro plus taxi option. It's much faster, especially during peak traffic, and cheaper.

Beat is, I think, an Argentinian app, very similar to Uber. You have to tip in cash, and you can't program in multiple destinations (you can do almost the same thing by changing the destination along the way and it repeatedly re-calculates the fare), but otherwise it's the same. I couldn't get my US card to work with it so had to set up a Colombian card. ALL rideshare apps in Colombia allow you to pay the driver cash BTW. Beat is 20% or so cheaper than Uber.
Picap gives you the option of a car or a motorcycle to pick you up, which is useful for cutting through Bogota's insane traffic. If you choose the car option, prices are in line with Beat. The motorbike option is about 20% cheaper than that. I had the same card issues with Picap as with Beat.
Cabify and Easy Taxi are both apps that will send you a yellow taxi. I avoid those for that reason. They are also more expensive than Uber.
DiDi is Chinese, drivers don't like it so a lot of them don't drive it. I also wouldn't give a penny to the Chinese government so I've never used it.
There's also InDriver, where you offer a certain price to go to a certain destination. I've never used it personally.
And finally there's a new app called Treas that someone handed me a pamphlet for a couple weeks ago, but I have no further info on it.

This is a great idea. I was originally going to say, before this Eureka moment during this post I'm typing out, that my regular fb friends would think it's weird that I'm posting my trips to MDE, and it's awkward if noone replies or likes the post. But if I made the post only visible to mde chicas, that's a lot better.

For those here, that mostly stay at El Poblado or Parque Lleras, do you ever message your FB chicas who live in Bello, Antioquioa?
It's kind of a hike, like at least 30 min or so. If you do, do they usually go along with it and drive to your apt / hotel, etc?

Posts: 3234Small town women v the big cities
Four times since I have been in Colombia (I thought it was 3 but I remember another time), there have been women who didn't want a gift when I was done with them. Looking back on it, three out of the four times the women have done so, they were from smaller cities, Villavencio, Porto Colombia, and Necoclia. The weird part is that after being with two of them one time, they were ready to declare me their life long love.
I am not sure how to divide Colombians. The Colombians themselves do it with Rolos, Paisas, and Costenos. I have to say that I haven't noticed it as much being to three of the big four cities in Colombia: Barranquilla, Medellin, and Bogota. For all the Colombian stereotypes, all places had beautiful women, and I didn't notice that much of a difference in the attitudes of people culturally among those three groups, but I did with the big city versus small town girl.
I guess people I could RTFF and see what people say about small town or maybe smaller town women. Unlike the big city women who seem to be telling you what you want to hear and give you the illusion of passion, with the small town girls, it seems more real. I was curious if others have noticed the difference between big city and small town girls, and if anyone who has traveled to Colombia, has visited a few of the towns where there is abundance of the gold that is the small town girl.

Thanks. I was in my head too much trying to figure out what their response is when a fortyish-looking guy on FB is contacting their 21-year old self, saying, Let's meet, I want to see you.
Don't want them thinking that I'm trying to go at it at the pure civilian level, and then ignore me, like "what the hell, you're too old to date".
But then I realize, most of them have been probably having P4P relp's for a while, so they know my intent when they see my profile and message.
I'll just be straightforward, but ease into it of course.

Posts: 51Question (not report) for those using FB for Arranging visits
Please let me know if this is not the right place to post this. The section is "Add Report", but this is not a trip report.
I've got about 20 FB contacts now, and was wondering if you have criteria upon which you decide which ones to start talking to, a couple of weeks out from your MDE trip.
There are certain women that have Bar Poas as a FB friend, or one such as: Medellin Rob or something, forgot.
And there are certain of them, that just outright has some rated are pics, like in a g-string.
Can you pretty much assume, they'd be down for meeting you, in the above categories?
I also have some that have pics of kids and don't see a daddy, so part of you thinks: "hmm, she probably needs some financial help with that."

Can you guys post some links to these websites where your are contacting the chicas? Most of the Colombia forums discussion is around the club scene and I am not the partying type or interested in that kinda game.
Google just gives me links to all inclusive sex resorts with different packages, LOL. I am planning to travel for a week next month and the idea is to meet 2 chicas a day for couple of hours.
I am looking for some reliable agencies who offer GFE and low profile sites where college girls work UTR. I highly appreciate your help with recommendations, links and suggestions.
I have been to couple of different countries and discussions on this site helped me immensely to find UTR sites and top notch agencies. For the life of me I am unable to find anything in the Colombia forums going back 50 pages on each thread.

Looking through the prepago websites it is hard to tell which escorts offer bareback sex. Presumably it is not something they put on their profile as it will draw criticism from others. Do any of the Spanish speaking board members know if there is a word or phrase which gives it away. I kind of thought 'complaciente' might mean they were willing to do BBFS or those that say contact for more services.
