After that problem it still wouldn't go through. I wasn't entering the flight number correctly. I forgot to eliminate the leading zero. For example, if your flight number is DL0555, the flight number to enter is just 555.0555 won't work.

It's done, accepted and confirmed. Just need to put in about 26 hours of work before Tuesday morning and I'm all set.
Of all the stupid things these Country's do this Check Mig form rates up there with the USA giving you only one day to get the covid test. In GYE my flight was for a Monday. I had a hard time finding a place on Sunday to get the test. This would be so simple if they would do it like when they first had Covid problems before there was no vaccination. As I entered BOG all they did was give everyone a temperture check. If I was King of the world I would mandate Temp checks and a completed vaccination Form. No stupid test and you avoid the possible false test results.

The Yew Ess is so fucked up. $60 for expedited service my ass. I went to the Yew Ess Embassy in the Third World Shithole Country I currently live in, and got my Yew Ess passport renewed in 16 days. And instead of $60 for 'expedited service,' I committed to paying an unknown amount to have it sent to Paradise City where I live, instead of going back to Shit Hole Capital. The unknown amount eventually translated to about five US dollars.

My amigovia here has four passports and I am so jealous.

Call 1-877-487-2778 from 8:00 am To 10:00 pm ET, Mondays through Fridays. Our appointment line for Urgent Travel Service is closed on weekends and federal holidays.

What you will get is a directory of places you can go to and get a passport that same day. I flew to El Paso, had an appointment at 1 PM and walked out with a new passport and passport card that same day. I recommend you get both. You can carry the card with you for an ID and leave the book in your hotel room. The card allows you to get into Mexico and Canada by land but you need the book for air travel. I also recommend that you get the passport with extra pages in it. I think my old one was 25 pages and my current one is 50.

You can just book travel and cancel it later. I booked a hotel in Mexico that was $50 a night and cancelled it so I had a travel reservation to meet the requirement of traveling in 2 weeks. The cancellation cost me nothing.

Even the expedited passport option takes 5 to 7 weeks. You have to go to a federal building yourself to get the same day passport last I checked. Before you could pay a few hundred to an agency, but that was not available last I checked..
Oh didn't even know about same day! I literally just got back from handing in the passport application at USPS, paid the $60 for expedited service, 5-7 weeks.

Work out and diet holding strong. Appreciate all the help from everyone here! Not this month and maybe not next month but it's happening!

    Bogota weather

Anyone visiting Bogota should be prepared for rain and a lot of it. This is the time of year that you can get rain everyday. The rain does wash away a lot of the litter and clears out some of the air pollution but it makes it hell to get a taxi and even prevents some girls from wanting go out. I've had a lot of girls tell me over the years and ask to reschedule on heavy rain days. You can still have a good time but I would recommend have one of your favoritas over for a night or two, bring toys and use Rappi. Jaja.

The federal building with the most availability to get into when I checked was in El Paso, but you should call and see. Good luck.

Then I needed to get a passport for work. Since I was only going to be driving into Canada I just got the passport card. A few months later I decided to take my first trip to Colombia. I had to stop my trips to Canada and mail in my passport card to get a new card and passport.

Yessss this is the energy I need!

I've been looking up about the crime in Medellin and it's spooking me a bit LOL. Still moving forward with the plan, though I am considering other locations as possible alternatives for a first time trip.

Do you speak Spanish? I think MDE could be a good destination for a first timer just because there is so much prostitution but the more Spanish a first timer has, the less risk he will face. Also I think the Mansion might be a good landing point but am of the opinion you do not want to stay there for ten days. Maybe three days there and a week in a hotel. First timers should not mess with apartments, Airbnb and such. Too risky.

First time leaving the states and your going into Medellin? Jaja.

I would strongly suggest going with someone who has been there before or meet up with someone from ISG who is a vet over there so you don't get blindsided by things that can turn your first trip into a bad one. Everyone's first trip should be an enjoyable one that makes them want to return ASAP Jajaj.

Waiting to her your adventures when you land.

    Happy mongering jajaja.

You've done all your reading, research, planning to finally make the trip, but you don't have a passport, which means that you cannot even get a plane ticket, your not vaccinated, but your making hotel reservations?

    Are you going solo?

I have to ask, are you a new applicant or renewing an expired passport?

Diet and exercise started today. Going to get the covid shot now. Looking into passport, apparently it takes 6-8 weeks. So taking the trip in 8-10 weeks seems feasible.

Not sure if you saw my post about booking at hotel m. I reached out to them via email, checking flights daily. Looks like the end of June is pretty pricey but there are some cheap ones at the start of July. Just going to keep checking in.
