After spending the last 20 years travelling Asia and Africa, I have decided the give south America a go. I have wanted to travel there for years but always put it off due to my lack of Spanish (which iam currently learning). After numerous YouTube video and alot of excellent posts of this forum I have decided to try Colombia first.

Will spend a month, first stop Santa Fe Bogota, maybe 2 other stops like Pereira, and Medellin.

First question I won't have the time of work until January, is this a good time to visit I read it's high tourist season. Places like Thailand I always avoided in high season, to much competition and the prices increases everywhere is Colombia the same?

Also from all the trip reports I have read the scene is more on a st basis, which I normally prefer, however now and again I do like LT is this and option, if so do you have to use site like tinder.

I don't see what the big deal is with BB like it is some unicorn. In the last 14 years I have fucked like 100 normal chicks in Colombia and only 2 that I can remember have insisted on a condom. So if you are so in need of BB just find a regular chick instead of a hooker.

I saw a post the other day where a guy paid I think it was 300 K plus a 80 K tip, and to round it out gave her cab fare. Why stop at that? Find out where she lives, and pay to have her house painted.

It does appear this guy went overboard. However, the reasons / motivation as to why he did this could be any of the following:

@ The girl did something (for him), which no other girl had done in the last X months.
@ The girl reminded him of his first High School girlfriend.
@ The girl was the BEST in bed.
@ The girl's hardship story was genuine and this was her first time in the business.
@ The guy is from Wall Street. Paying US $50 for Tip and Taxi does not merit a second thought.

You and I will never understand why people overpay. However, it will continue to happen until this Planet is in existence. Guaranteed.

That is the pussy effect. Who goes to an interview and asked how much are you guys giving me in order to get back and forth from home to the job. You get there the best way you can. Those broads can walk for all I care. If a guy was coming over to work on your plumbing you would not say here is an extra whatever for the gas you used getting here and going back to the shop.

The cab fare I always agree upon before the service. Some girls ask some do not. Sometimes I give them the fare even if they don't ask because the service was excellent and merits repeat visit. I never give more than 15 k for cab ride each way. In dollars that is around $4. 6 in dollars each way. I work in nyc and I can't even buy lunch for less than $15 dollars.

Good advice on clarifying the number of shots for TLN. When I was first new to the scene I met a beauty of a prepago. We had dinner before and agreed on TLN for a specified amount. I had cum twice and wanted to go again but she stopped me and said that would be extra she also quoted me a ridiculous price. I was so pissed that I told her to leave now. It was pouring rain and I let her find and pay her on cab ride back.

I believe you can take girls out of Yakuza without an exit fee, to nearby hotels. However, I'm not sure about TLN charges. The general consensus is that you don't do TLN with an unknown girl. Nobody wants to pay the fee to spend the night with a starfish.

Find the girl you want at a casa. Do a 30 minute session with her. If she's what you want, ask her about TLN and get her WhatsApp. Most of the casas close at 7 or 8. Don't pay an exit fee. Just contact her at the end of her shift.

Generally speaking, TLN is double to triple the hourly rate. Make sure you specify the time when she can leave, number of shots and anything else you require. Otherwise, she's likely to spend an hour and expect to get paid the TLN rate and sent home.

It has nothing to do with chemicals. It has to do with your body not being used to certain local bacteria. Purified water is used to make soft drinks. Go find some distilled water if you are scared.

Just to weigh in on this, I've been to a good solid 90% of Colombia, NEVER had a problem with tap water here. This includes places where almost everybody tells you not to drink the water, like Cartagena, Villavicencio, Ibagué and Pasto.

In Bogota Medellin Cali Pereira and Manizales, the water is EXCELLENT, among the best water you'll ever even get out of a tap.

In contrast, in the DR I had a salad once and I was trapped in the bathroom for three whole days.

Tap water is the least of your worries down here.

Thanks for answering. I am in my mid 40's and I do speak enough Spanish to get by in any Latin country. I am traveling solo as of now but the max would be me and one other dude. That's kind of why I asked about the safest spots. I have hit Costa Rica, Panama, and Nicaragua alone and had no issues.

You will have absolutely no problems in Colombia if you survived Nica alone. And there is tons more fun to be had than the other places you have been to.
