I am planning on staying in Medellin for about a month. Is there a way I can get high speed internet access so I can conduct business from there? Any suggestions? I have read that Colombia has good internet so I am hoping it will all work out.

Posts: 11Prepaid Cards Use in Colombia
Has anyone tried using a prepaid travel cash card like Travelex Master Card in Colombia? Do they work in Colombia to withdraw money in COP from ATMs? The Travelex MasterCard have chips. I believe the Visa Prepaid cards do not have chips. Or does anyone know of any other prepaid cash cards that can be used in Colombia? This card is to avoid bringing too much cash in hand while travelling and not using your regular bank ATM cards for security purposes. I know people have mentioned about Citibank and Charles Schwab on this forum. But wondering if anyone has tried using a prepaid card.
Thanks for your response.

If anybody cares: On November 17 I withdrew 2,000,000 pesos at the Citibank ATM and the conversion was done at 3099 pesos / dollar. Citibank charges a flat add on fee of $5. 00 US. Next month I will pick up my new TD BANK online account card. Like the Schwab card the international fees will be rebated at the end of the month and there will be NO conversion charges. (Bank of America charged me approx. $17.00 for the previously mentioned transaction.).

Posts: 728Venezuelans flooding Colombia
I didn't really know much about this, but I did just seen someone on the Cartagena report about this. I'm in Panama at the moment and seen a young Colombiana that I know very, very well. I don't need to pay her for the first time that we meet if it has been awhile. I gave her $20 to cover taxis for an overnight last night. She's getting more and more lazy though.
Anyways, she normally works in Cartagena. She started at LDV, then moved on to Tinder in Cartagena. Now she hasn't been working in Cartagena much anymore because she said there are too many Venezuelan ladies in Cartagena and they are accepting much lower prices. She said sometimes the police go around looking to send them out of the country.
On my last night in Medellin, 13 November it was another dumb holiday and the usual places were closed, so I tried online for my first time in Colombia. Of the two girls that wrote back, one of them told me she was from Venezuela. The other girl might have been also, but she didn't say it. So I have to say there is a big trend of Venezuelan ladies coming in to Colombia. It is funny to see they have driven out some Colombian ladies from Cartagena. I have to say I fucked a Venezuelan lady in one of casas in Cartagena last year also. And in Suriname, if anyone goes there, there is a club that used to be quite mixed with various ladies. Now it is almost all Venezuelan ladies. Hmm. I see them flooding Curacao also. I guess if you and your family is going hungry, they need to get the hell out of Venezuela to make some money. Hmmm. Now that I think about it, I seen quite a few Venezuelan ladies in Quito, Ecuador just recently.
Viva the revolucion.

I've never shaved anywhere lower than my face and I've never had a girl comment. Maybe it's because I'm no more hairy than average, except on my head, where I do get comments.
My issue is that I like girls with natural hair, but I've never found one in Colombia yet. Except for one, but she was regular and never in business, and of the bohemian kind.
A few years ago, some girls were unshaved in Ecuador (Guayaquil, calle 18), but I guess that may have changed because of the global influence of internet porn where shaving is apparently the obligatory dress code. Anyone with recent experience in Ecuador?
So, where in the world can a guy still find girls with hair?
