    Arriving Medellin on Dec 27th

I have only been there once and it was non-mongering at the time.

Can someone recommend a taxi or car service from the airport?

I remember it was a long trip to the city. thanks

    Spirit airline

Spirit is just like Air Trans, do yourself a favor and fly first class, its not that much more. For what we pay, it's great.

I was lured by their ticket prices in comparison to flying Continental from EWR to BAQ via Miami, which was way more expensive during this time of the year. This is the first time I've seen an airline charge a different price for sitting by the isle or window instead of the center.

I've done the FLL. CTG rountrip on Spirit four times since they started flying the route in May and I wouldn't hesitate to fly them again.

While they're a little slow at the check-in with processing boarding passes, etc. , (especially in Cartagena), it really isn't all that bad for saving a couple hundred dollars. Or more

The plane they fly between FLL. CTG is fairly new and the flight crew has always had a pleasant disposition. I don't mind paying $3 if I want a bottle of water or a snack and I don't have a problem with them not accepting cash (only credit/debit card) when I do.

I also go ahead and pay a little more for an aisle seat in an exit row. Makes sense for me to pay a little extra to ensure that my wide-body doesn't get stuck in the middle between two husky mongers, LOL.

Enjoy your flight and have fun!

at the risk of being blasted by everyone and being called a lazy leech, i'm just going to come out and ask this.

are there any comprehensive reports/primers to p4p in colombia or specific cities in general? something like a condensed guide to the in's and out's of scoring in colombia.

i've seen them in the forums for some of the other prime destinations like brazil.

there's a wealth of info on here, but it could take ages to get up to speed, and i was curious if there's an easier way to get the lowdown without having to pore through the whole forum.

    Online & Chat Help

Finally, after a 14 month absence, I am returning to MDE at the end of Jan. While I have maintained contact with a few amigas, there is always room for more....

I was wondering if anyone has had much luck meeting new potential conquests online or in chat rooms. If so, would you provide some direction.

    Thanks

I am planning to be in Cali or Medellin (dec16-dec22)

Would like to know if anyone would be around any of those 2 cities around that time?

  9. #1430
    I hear you Marzon.

I see it in CTG also, but the hot and humid weather keeps some of the Del Rey crowd in MDE

Plus there's no Aussie Greg mansion in Laquito.

    Hey Guys,

I'm arriving in MDE tomorrow night, staying at Hotel Florida. If anyone wants to visit let me know.

Also, can someone please help me - What's the best way to get from the airport to the hotel without getting robbed?

    Thanks!

Tony Lama and the US tshirt syndrome

Dogs, always wanted to commend on your Tony Lama Butch phrase...that is pure art, but the "big" guys that walk around in shorts with a blazoned logo tshirt look more out of place, especially in Poblado.

AA has 2 flights a day Miami to Bogota:

AA never has flown direct to CTG and they just pulled out of BAQ again.

No so good for us US$ or Euro mongers in Brazil.

You should read the www.argentinaprivate.com about your money. Thread is Chit chat Politics and Stocks or something like that. Spanish is easy with spelling.

Sorry, Just lost my Google's spell checker. We all need it.
