WOW are you sure that's correct?

Whats the trick? It can't really take 2 years for me to get her a visa so she can travel to the US with me for a couple of weeks, could it?

Who knows the scoop on how to get a girl with a Colombia passport a visa so I can fly her to the USA with me for 2-3 weeks.

I am a US citizen with a US Passport-but I live outside the USA. The plan is for her to come to where I live and then fly with me to the states for 2-3 weeks. We met on Seeking and have been hanging out quite a bit over the last 1. 5 years. We have a cool vibe together and have done small trips already, so I don't need lectures about having a girl for 2-3 weeks or traveling with a chica. I am only seeking information on how I get her a visa to visit the USA with me for a couple of weeks-hopefully not 2 years from now. LOL.

Anyone know anything about getting my girl a visa to visit the USA?

    Thanks!
OMG that's a far cry from what it was 3 years ago. My girl applied for her interview she got the interview in a few weeks, like 2/3 weeks, was called down for the interview. She brought her passport and grades with her from the Nat'l university and a letter from me stating I would be responsible for her welfare during her time in the USA, and that's it, no bank statements etc, NADA!

The interviewer asked her a few questions in Spanish, she answered, he then asked if he could ask her a few in English, she said sure, answered them and he stamped her papers and approved 10 year visa. He told her she would be notified in a few weeks when to come down and pick up her passport with the visa in it They notified her in less than a week to come get it and that was it. She's been coming to the USA now many times to meet me and never a problem. Not sure why the extreme difficulty now, especially when any knucklehead who can fog up a mirror can walk across the border, get free money, a phone, an apartment and food stamps. How can our country be so messed up and make it so difficult for someone trying to do it the legal way, The only thing that has changed is we had a different President back then when my girl applied. You may have to do your road trips in Canada or Mexico.

Yeah, sadly, I think you are right. Lame.

And at the interview, will she be able to show sufficient funds in her name to cover the length of the trip? Does she have an 'en blanco' taxpaying job or property in her name? If not, it's unlikely she will get the visa even if you are able to accelerate the interview. And of course no money back on denial.

    Ain't It the Truth

    Pique and Shakira are splitting.

"During a podcast appearance in February, Shakira said that she and her "poor husband, slash boyfriend, slash baby daddy" sometimes disagree about timeliness because of their different upbringings.

'Cause Colombian time is not the same as Catalonian time, Spanish time'.

And I get frustrated when a hooker who I have never met does not arrive on time. There is no hope. LOL.

The airlines are out of control. The problem with sitting out is it may be a while before things level off if ever. Polical pundants insist this is by design by the administration to inflict pain on the energy sector. The problem is how long before we have ELECTRIC planes. Jaja. I saw a news clip of a travel expert say it can be 1 or 2 YEARS before the travel industry returns to normal. One problem is they buy the fuel 3 to 6 months ahead of delivery time. So if your in the same camp as me and believe fuel will be even more when the airlines buy for the next purchase period it just might be even more expesive, sooo looks like flights will continue to get more and more expensive: looks like the future for mongers is going to get worse and worse'er jaj.

Higher fares are Holding me back for sure

I never fly Spirit because they suck but their price for Atlanta to Bogota is almost as much as Delta. I can afford to pay it but I'm not happy. I hate being gouged. Plus the dollar continues to go down, from 4000 a week or so ago to in the 3700 range. So I'm wondering if these events are holding any of you guys back from making a trip.
The amount that my flights have increased would pay for 9 days in my hotel and I usually stay 2 weeks so yes it is keeping me away. I always fly COPA.

Sry, am pretty sure that is not what I wrote. I will try again.

Oh I'm completely off on this one then. I thought they were looking for something ongoing like a few months as to me STR is a few months. For a few days or weeks then Seeking just may be the way to go.

Red Pill = Free thinking and able to see that most of what they were told was a lie. Think of the gringo who comes to Colombia and knows the girl he's fucking has a gringo boyfriend from America, Europe, and England all sending her support money every month while she still have a local Colombian boyfriend living with her off of the gringos money and she still continues to be a working girl. I know many like this in CTG, and DR. The chicas are even so bold to have the boyfriend drop them off at your place and pick them up after you finish. So that taxi driver where she was sitting in the front seat? Think twice about it and accept the truth.

Purple Pill = When the blue pill believes in the fairytale but starts to see the truth of the wife just want to use him as a retirement plan so he rides the border accepting the truth and the lies depending on the day.

Black Pill = Nothing in life matters and there is nothing you can do to change it. Things will always be this way and there is no changing them. Think of the phrase "you can't turn a hoe into a house wife". "They will only see you as a walking ATM." "If you can't get this type of girl where your from what makes you think she cares because your a foreigner."

Red Pill Rage = My favourite! When the blue pill realizes they been living a lie and it all comes crashing down to where they are forced to accept the truth they go into deep rage of everything is a lie. Think of paternity fraud where a wife gets pregnant outside the marriage and the husband raises the child as his own not knowing it's not his. Then one day something is wrong with the child and it has a genetic disorder but it doesn't run in the husbands family or the wives family so a DNA test is done and he finds out he's been raising that child for 18 years and it's not his. Very high percentage of men out there raising kids that aren't theirs.
Yeah I'm going to keep it honest DigLicker keep that weird shit in the states when you come down to Colombia.
