Also, my chicas tell me the rainy season is from August to December.

The Caribbean coast has a much drier climate. It hardly rains for most of the year, but it does have a rainy season (when I caught dengue fever) from May-June. Also apparently CTG can be wet in Oct-Nov.

Posts: 17Is it really raining that much in Colombia?
Hey guys,
I was just curious, can anyone confirm if the weather forecast is correct? Because it is saying that it is raining every single day up to next weekend. That doesn't seem right. Says its raining for Medellin, Bogota and Cartagena. No way, can't be true.
Can someone confirm this for me? I heard the weather is amazing right now from a friend whose out there but he's at Pereira.
So can someone whose in Colombia confirm whether this is true or not?
I'm not going to Colombia now, but I'm definitely a little worried if it keeps raining. I'm going the first 2 weeks of January and I need good weather to really enjoy my first trip to Colombia.

Take notice that I entered a Dec 10 departure for Colombia.
According to the site Unvaccinated now cannot enter.
Also notice that it says Vaccinated do NOT require a PCR test.

I'm certain there are also testing locations in Medellin which are open on Sunday, but I didn't feel like spending another 2 minutes finding the information. I can see how spending a couple of minutes finding out easily accessible information can be completely exhausting. That damned Biden.

Biden's stupid one day requirement is the real hair in the ointment. He constantly promotes vaccinations, but makes no distinction between the vaccinated and unvaccinated when entering the US by air. I had made my reservation prior to his mandate and I return on a Monday. Not many options of getting the test on a Sunday.

The one thing for sure is that in a few months it will change after this policy puts a major dent in their tourism dollars. They have changed things eight times in the last 15 months.

So the question is are they viewing a person with no doses the same as a person with not the full amount of doses? His statement does not distinguish. A person with no doses has incomplete doses, but a person with incomplete doses does not mean they have no doses.

I have scheduled a test just in case, but I don't think it is required. Anyone else have more information?
