If you are looking longer term, I would start on seeking.com, use Colombian cupid (though the women there are not as hot), and tinder. You should count on getting blown off a few times though if you use those services. Visited a few places There, especially the casas.

Regarding discussion of The Perfect Time Spa, I was there in Sept. Still open, still have the same LED OPEN sign. They don't seem to be branded anymore as a Spa, instead they post ads for each girl.
