Absoultley agree with everything... except the part about gals not liking men much older. I find in Barrnaquilla that they do like the older men. in fact, much moreso in Barranquilla than other Colombian cities. That is just my observation. Amigo, trust me, younger women dating older guys is prevalent in Barranquilla and all over Colombia ... it's not a regional thing ... it's culturally accepted.

Of course its prevalent in BAQ. Perhaps I wasn't clear. I did see some older men with younger women but I just didn't see as many as I did in Cali. It could be because I didn't see many older gringos in BAQ. I saw a few but in comparison to Cali it was minimal. There were loads of gringos in Cali and they ones that had women were much younger. Take my friend he had many lined up.

It probably does happen if the man in question has the money. If a man that is wealthy enough lives in Colombia, has the right status and connections there is a small chance he could even be able to date Miss Colombia contestants or model types.
