I mentioned Bless Bar as one of four places on Carrera 15 near the Flores Transmilenion station. 9am to 9pm Mon-Sat. 9am to 6pm on Sun and holidays. Tel: 312 489 7692. 607 25636. It is across the street from Palmeras Real. Alcazares is a brothel about 10 blocks from Avenida Caracas. The north Bogota map info, updated:

I found it without much trouble. It is on a side street next to a restaurant. The address is clearly marked, but the entrance is not. There is a garage with iron bars in front of the building, with an open door to the left. Go in the door, turn left, you will see the entry to the house. Press the buzzer to the left of the door. There is no sign, as is normal in Colombia. You enter into a sitting area where you wait for the girls to be presented.

The card says they have models aged 18-22. The big surprise is that they actually have a couple of model-quality girls in that age category. But you must pay 1k pesos to view them! I can recommend the hotel B3 Vierrey. It is just next to the Parque 93. Nice design hotel. Paid like 50 euros.

BTW as a foreigner you don't need to pay vat and travel insurance. You just need to present your passport upon checkout and advice the reception about it. It is the law so if they need to discount it from your invoice.
