Contact Woodman, highly recommended, I have known him a few years and he is active on these boards, he has your back. Just a quick search for others who have used his services in Bogota and you will be in good hands.

    Enjoy!

Don't feel safe because you see people around

About Santa Fe. I did walk around there on a late Saturday afternoon after there had been some protests. I came down from the Monserrate cable car, walking along this park that has a cascading waterway until I got to the center. All along the way there were lots of people out, families and so on. So the danger factor was pretty low. There were a number of rough characters hanging around but the police presence was high and plenty of people around. Mainly just guard against pickpocketing I guess. There are a number of pedestrian only streets so I just stuck to those. Wandering down isolated alleys is probably ill advised. Once I had seen Plaza Bolivar and people watched a bit I started heading back north. Once the crowds thinned out and the streets were looking pretty rough I just called an Uber. All the TransMilenio stations had been thrashed to some degree and there was no service. All the way up Avenida Caracas every station was smashed up to some degree.
Many, many robberies take place on the street, in buses and in and on the transmilenio platform. Colombians have been conditioned to 'not get involved' so never count on being safe because people are around. Stay safe.

Santa Fe and El Centro are dirty area with dirty, or non-clean, people. Only few people wear masks, and they don't like distancing. People are too close to you, they talk loud, and they are not clean. Some locals told me that it is Latin culture that they are uncomfortable with distancing / space or silence. Also girls don't take shower or clean after the sex.

First of all, graffiti everywhere, and it seems like protestors and police are ready for nightly wars. We walked from Montserrate to Museo del Oro to Museo Nacional de Colombia. It's a walk I made about three years ago, and compared to then now it seems apocalyptic (all the graffiti, boarded up windows, shuttered storefronts). Everywhere we looked were people seemingly on the edge of poverty or beyond it. It was not a very pleasant journey, a lot like Medellin Centro.

We were staying in Chapinero, Zona G basically. There it felt safe, but there were much fewer people out on the streets compared to Lleras / Laureles, perhaps due to the protests or Covid, not sure. All in all, negative vibes from the city. Again I stayed out of the most sketchy monger areas, I can't imagine going there right now but hey you do you I guess.

Bogot does have some bomb restaurants though, Criterion, Cacio & Pepe, Harry Sasson were all great.

And they've all been dressed like normal girls, not slutty.

I don't consider the monger area Santa Fe as sketchy. You are not seeing assaults and robberies going on there everyday. If people were really there to rob, then who would they be robbing? Other people that have gone there to rob? It is not like the place is full of rich foreigners. There are tons of people and police gathered there in the streets. I can't understand how it scares the shit out of people. What really is the difference between Parque Lleras and Santa Fe? I am not saying to not be cautious and keep your head on a swivel, but there is no need to be paranoid.

I was last in Bogota in October 2020 (drove in my car from Medellin as I usually do) and mind you this was before the recent protests and vandalism BUT I was dumbfounded by the graffiti on every building, literally on every building covered completely.

One afternoon I drove around the city for an hour and saw, no shit, 10,000 plus buildings covered in graffiti. The ONLY buildings that were not covered in graffiti were those that had 24 hour round the clock private security. Not only large commercial office buildings but even private residential apartments and homes.

I too walked from Montserrate to the gold museum and all around the city and saw both graffiti and boarded up buildings so could just imagine the devastation now because of the riots.

    Danger in Israel

By the way, about 60 Israeli Jews per year are homicide victims and I believe that a majority of those are domestics. Bogota, with a similar number of people, has 1000 and I believe that most of those are robbery related. I'm not trying to make any big patriotic speech about Israel, however the streets here at least in Jewish areas are unbelievably safe. But, at age 60, I'm not meeting any hot women here.

Prostitution is actually legal, but very very limited and very expensive.

Really Israel is OK, unless you are a Muslim living in the Gaza Strip in which case you should definitely try to live somewhere else. As far as Jews are concerned, 10 extra deaths out of a population of 6. 5 million is not huge. Bogota has a similar sized population, about 7 million, with about 1000 homicides a year. Plus if you are a "rich" foreign tourist, wandering around at night, making friends in clubs with girls you don't know, taking them back to your room, etc from what I'm reading that could end very badly especially with people now extra desperate for cash due to the economic crisis. In New York City that type of behavior would not be a problem, but isn't Bogota a much different environment when it comes to armed robbery and drugged robbery?

My plan is to take advantage of massage girls who are desperate for customers and might be happy to do a lot more than usual to keep the pesos coming (I'll be there for a month so there is the chance for repeat business) while at the same time keeping my head down and not giving the thieves any opportunities.

I live in a mixed Muslim / Jewish neighborhood in Haifa. Half my neighbors are Muslim. I have noticed a little tension lately. A police car got torched with a Molotov cocktail near where I live. No injuries. There have been some dumpsters set on fire in the streets. The biggest problem is that the airport is shut down at this time because of the possibility of commercial aircraft getting hit in the crossfire however if in a month the fighting is continuing and my flight is cancelled because of that, then I get a refund.

My main concern in Bogota is being attacked by an armed robber or getting drugged with scopolamine. However it sounds to me that if I stick to the Zona Rosa, stick to sex in massage clinics instead of hanging out in clubs or bringing girls to my room, stick to being on the street in the daytime only and even that probably about 20 minutes per day, only use the ATMs in the shopping mall I should be OK. I think that following my plan, I should get a lot of sex at a low price and minimal risks.

My impression is that a lot of massage girls in Bogota at this time are really desperate for customers. They might be happy to do stuff which they would normally avoid, like French kissing, uncovered blow job and maybe even full bareback sex because they really need those pesos after a year of COVID. On the other hand, the thieves are extra desperate also.

Any comments, suggestions or questions are welcome.

    Daniela Posada- La Celestina

Decided to try out the la celestina agency to get my feet wet in Bogota and opted for Daniela Posada.

Messaged them on telegram in Spanish with some help from google translate and went to a local love motel to wait for her. She showed up about 20 minutes late due to traffic (as is common in Bogota). Started talking a bit and took a shower. She is really a petite lolita type girl with really small tits and a decent ass for her size. Good body, not so great face. Tried kissing her a bit. She didn't resist but wasn't really into it and didn't provide tongue. Wanted to 69 with her but she wasn't into that and wanted to do OWO but she turned down the offer even for additional $$ She gave decent oral and we did a few positions. She did put some effort into it but I didn't enjoy it as much as I didn't feel much chemistry. That being said it has been almost a year since I had the chance to monger. Finished and talked a bit and took a final shower. Honestly the whole experience was kind of like and FKK in Germany and at about the same price (240 K). Kind of disappointed about the lack of kissing since that is a major part of the reason I came to Colombia but maybe next time I'll probably tell the girl I have had my Covid shots and that may change.

Also passed by part of Santa Fe during the day in a taxi while I was going between some tourist sites. Saw a bunch of ugly girls and some trannys but I think I passed by one of the shittier areas of it. Actually hit a protest on the way back to my apartment. Was a pretty small one with what looked like mostly students. Didn't affect us much other than adding a couple minutes to the ride for the driver to take the back roads.
