Yes, Viviana is not runing anymore Monasterio since a couple of months. I haven't been back to Monasterio since then, as the new owners do not care so much about hygiene (don't change water of the jacuzzi and so on). I cannot comment anymore about Monasterio if it's still going on. Viviana is using a couple of days a week a place in Chapinero, but best is to check on her twitter as it is not regular. I'm not really going to go into too much detail about my weekend. My previous reports on Bogota is the same information. I went to Mezzanine for the first time. It was ok. Everything previously reported is correct. It's across from a gas station. You walk up the stairs and there are about 4 separate massage parlors with 3-4 girls in it. Each parlor they try to lure you in. You go into the parlor then to a tiny room with a massage bed and they do the presentation. It was 80 k for sex 40 k just for the massage. Age range from 20-30, Blanco to indo, a few spinners (one very pretty) to a few older and chubby women. They are all very nice but I wasn't interested.

I have been browsing this thread for the past couple days. I am heading to Bogota on Sunday for 8 days. How safe is Santa Fe during the afternoon. I have seen what some people write that its fine while others not so much. I am clearly not Colombian and will stand out. I have very little Spanish skills besides very basic and random words I remember from Spanish in school. I am extremely street smart and know how to keep my head down and keep moving from some days I am not proud of, but I know that means little to nothing when a situation arises. I would like a tour but I can't get a membership here to private post. I am a young male 5'8". I am going to check out some of the other places mentioned here. I want to go to Santa Fe to see it, but just don't know if I should. Just looking for some thoughts. Thanks.

Only thing is that in most of the Medellin bars (DeGrieff area) the chicks do not go with you. They are only there to get paid to talk and dance with you. That is the Mexico style as well. Now I have fucked chicks at the small bars on the corner of DeGrieff (have to go to the short time room next door), but the bars on the straight away only do the dancing setup. In Santa Fe in Bogota I have fucked chicks from the bars upstairs in the rooms.

My experience in Medellin DeGrieff bars is a bit different than yours, yes a number are firm at only drinking and dancing, but once they get to know you a bit and see your cool and fun anything is possible.

That sounds interesting, I think there are bars like that with hostesses in the downtown area on Carera 11 between 15th and 19th. I walk through a lot and I have noticed these bars with a lot of girls that seem to just be there. Also there are actually hookers in the San Victorino plaza during the work day and I know there is a casa in an office building nearby on Carera 10 just above 14th st on the NE corner.
