Getting an uber in Santa Fe to pick you up is damned near impossible. I gave up doing that after seeing again and again the average wait was like 30 minutes and having rides cancelled again and again. I just grab a cab back to my hotel when I want out of Santa Fe. Getting there is no problem. Getting out on Uber sucks.

Long overdue update incoming for anyone who was following my Bogota trip. I tried to meetup with SoberHans in Santa Fe but it just didn't work out. Ended up spending most of last Saturday there and pulled 2 girls The first was a little older and kept trying to upsell me anal for and extra 50 k but I wasn't interested, I finished quickly and just wanted to get rid of her, 40 K all in. Will continue to report in the Medellin forum but overall I enjoyed Bogota, I liked the weather, the women and the city.

Two quick points.

1. Colombia is not the safest right now to be dating, personally I think it is safest to go to casas and if you see Facebook and Seeking Arrangement they must be vetted from this forum and of course let the non casa girls they need to leave their cedula (ID) at the desk and tell the desk person if I don't leave with the girl there is a problem ("no salir con ella, es una problema, nosotros salimos juntos" Personally either I am in a country to see escorts or date. From what you've described, if you are in Colombia for 45 days, hopefully it will change you. But only if you work on yourself, learn Spanish and find regular people or swipe or pay for the 3 month package on Colombian Cupid to find average looking women your own age. If you say you are American and actually in the country right now, I'm sure you get lots of replies.
