As Xpartan says, that has nothing to do with it. Not only does it vary by hotel policy, it matters who is watching the front. At the Marriott Medellin, I brought in two SA women and they were not dressed up well. The manager was there and hit me up for a huge visitor fee. Then a night clerk was on who did not care and I moved someone in no problem.

I have never had any problem with Ibis or with the Bogota Marriott's but I do not want to take that chance if I do not have to, and things have changed for some hotels post Covid for the worst. If I can have a drink with a woman in the lobby and sneak her up, why would I not want to do that rather than take the chance of registering her and paying a fine? That makes no sense.

When I woke up Monday, I thought to myself "wow I can't believe two beers got me blackout hammered."

The next thing I know, my iPhone 12 ($1200), iPad Pro 12.9 in ($1800), magic keyboard ($300), my chargers, and a handful of cash ($150) were all missing.

At first, I thought I misplaced them in my small apartment, and then I realized this woman who I took on a beautiful date, stole all my shit.

This all started on Tinder. I have done this numerous times. I have the exact "science" of matching with a girl, getting her number, and planning a fancy little date.

Not to brag but in Medellin, this process is very easy and has worked for me more times than I can count.

Last Friday I matched with this "cute, normal" girl and followed the same ole process.

We planned the date for Sunday night. So the first thing is I had her do is come to my house for a beer.

Nothing out of the ordinary. We got to know each other a bit. She actually spoke zero English, and my Spanish is very broken (although I am taking lessons twice a week).


We then went to one of my favorite restaurants in the area called "Gato". We spent an hour or so there, had a good meal and then we both wanted to come back to my place.

When we got back, I cracked open the last beer and we were sharing it. We were dancing in my apartment and slowly things started escalating.

The next thing I remember is waking up in my bed at around 11:30 am, fully clothed, confused, dazed, and incredibly dehydrated.

I truthfully had no clue what happened.

When I noticed my stuff went missing, I went to the security guy but I was barely conscious enough to speak. Thankfully two of my buddies noticed that I was missing (shout out to Christian my COO alerting the area) took me to the hospital.

What's crazy is that I don't even remember going there on Monday.

Yesterday I slowly regained my consciousness and today I am finally back to normal.

Fellas. Getting drugged and robbed is a real fucking thing. I obviously knew it was just never in my wildest dreams thought it would happen to me.

Please do not just let any cute girl into your house. When everything seems to be way too easy, please know it could be a huge red flag.

Ladies, do not just go to a stranger's house without at least talking on the phone with them. Always meet at a public place first and always have some sort of weapon cause some guys can have a lot more strength than you.

Medellin, Colombia I love you. This was a lesson I never wanted but needed.

P.S: If anyone knows this girl, I hope she gets locked up or tries to rob the wrong gringo and gets punished.

Hotel Tequendama and hotel San Fran on cra 10 is also near SF. $35 per night. Also if you have time and patience. If you call the hotel directly you will get a better rate than Booking.com.

This topic has been discussed since time immemorial. Huge nuts won't help you get the girl in at a hotel that wants its cut. And it doesn't matter that you've booked double occupancy. There are plenty of hotels in Bogota that will charge a joiner fee or would only allow guests till 8 or 9. If you don't ask in advance and refuse to pony up at the reception, you might find your girl turned away. Although your cojones would still be allowed to stay in your bed, LOL.

Okay, so the cafe at Ibis is okay so meeting a girl there and talking to her and having a bite or a drink is okay. Thing is the inside hotel room is like Motel 6.

When I brought a SA girl to Ibis, usually they would want to talk money because a guy staying there might not have any.

There is a hotel called the NH Bogota Urban 26 Royal, and it is very close to Santa Fe, like $55 a night, and the rooms are beautiful. I have never had any problem bringing a woman into a hotel in Bogota so I cannot swear it is girl friendly, but I would be surprised if it is not. Unlike Ibis, you cannot walk to Santa Fe (you can it's just not going to be 20 minutes like Ibis).

I can tell you bringing SA women into the Marriott or Marriott Airport Courtyard (much cheaper around $70 a night) was a way different experience than Ibis. I cannot recall any time I met a SA woman in a Marriott where they asked for money, and I liked it that way. You are projecting that this is the life you will have if you hang with me. And there were no problem bringing in women to either place. I would actually say the Courtyard is actually easier to sneak women in and out of.

2. How bad is the commute from 93 or mezzanine area to Santa Fe daily? Is it a good idea to stay in central chapinero and go up (mezzanine) and down (Santa Fe) ?

I went to Lido club last week with couple of friends.

Club is one of the best ambience, Girls are good quality like 7 to 10 range. Very expensive but quality / ambience justifies this. But the attitude of the girls is very bad in my view. So it ismturn off for me.

When I pay the kind of money they expect, I expect them to be very friendly you know what I mean. I did not find that there. I haven't seen a single guy pick up a girl there. Everyone stayed for a while. I was there at least for 3 hours.

For me, escorts was best at Bogota. Very good quality and service.

I visited many casa in Chapinero today. I didn't find a Single girl for my liking. I spent 2 hours walking that area.

Also went to Pussyhosue with another ISG friend. It was really disappointing. Hardly any girls at 10.30 PM. Went to la 49 and it was closed.

Santa Fe clubs has much better girls both in numbers and quality.

Yes, Santa Fe street girls offer bad service. But clubs seems to be better in the Santa Fe.

I think most of the reports of distinction are out of date in Bogota. Please don't use the, for deciding where to go. Look only recent reports to get idea about the action.

But I did not go all the way from US to Bogota to find average chicks at clubs. I am just comparing SF to Tijuana from my point of view. Bogota is lot cheaper than Tijuana per session, but more expensive / comparable to Tijuana if you add the travel expenses.

Most I like about the Bogota is the quality of escort girls. I never tried escorts at Tijuana so I can't compare the escorts at Tijuana with Bogota.

Chicks in the Santa Fe clubs are not costing you US $80-100 either, as they are in HK.

I ended up getting the test done at the hotel. They charged 190 k. I think that is the convenience fee.

I've booked a few Airbnb Rentals in Colombia and other other places and the first place I go when I see a place I like is the "house rules" section about 3/4 of the way down the page. If there are restrictions outlined, they are always here. If there are no restrictions listed, I send a nice note to the owner telling them "I love their place and want to book it but I have one question. Am I allowed to have guests over." More often than not, I get a response that is yes, within guidelines. Then they normally outline their guidelines such as ID check with guard / front desk, no minors, only to so many people at once, etc. Unfortunately I can't help on the Bogota specific question you've ask as I haven't made it there yet.

En general airbnb host don't care. Especially if it's near SF. They know what's up. Most Airbnb have door security. They could care less. They just want a record of who comes in and out of the building. Don't be shy or feel awkward when you are with a working girl in these settings.

2. Really bad during rush hours. It's taken me 1 hour by taxi before. People remember Bogot is a huge city. Plan accordingly. I usually do casas during the day and SF in the evening. I've most stayed near SF. Staying up north when I was going to sf every day was a pain in the butt.

3. Any hotel near SF is good for that. Guys remember prostitution is legal. What's the door man or security going to do? Hoe shame you.

When travel it's best to fly under the radar, avoid altercations with locals, especially pissed off putas, and any interactions with policas. Remember what happened to the whitehouse's secret service guy in Cartagena? A whole bunch of agents and supervisors got fired from their fat jobs due to a screaming puta feeling cheated.

In my incident with puta and polica in front of iglesia Santa Cruz in plaza Botero, the puta was screaming at the top of her lungs, pointing at but not pursuing me. I had no idea of any precedents. I take pics anywhere I go. I could have just blended in the crowd and got off quietly, but I believe in journalistic rights, which may not exist in third world countries, and have been known to get journalists executed on the spot. Lucky the 2 policas had good humor, laughing at the pics of them, patrol car and putas all gathered at the church's front door. They looked embarrassed, deleted the pics, left a few and let me go. They acted professional and with restraints, shouting to the puta to shut up. I was lucky to get off, but will be more discreet and careful in future trips.

They later arrested that loud puta for something. Next couple days putas would walk past the church's courtyard but not stationing there, not leaning against the church..
