The Sancocho even came with a slice of lemon on the side, a rare nice touch in Colombia, and was possibly the best Sancocho I've ever had! Thank you Woodman.

One more thing about the water: on this trip I have drank tap water from my hotel room almost eclusively and have not gotten sick. If I'm supposed to be getting sick from the tap water, I can only conclude that monger gods have been protecting me, hehe.
