The cancel my flight for Cartagena due to the mayors protocol and most of the AirBnB owners are not allowing guest. Between SF and Lido, there is a wide range of low- and mid-price options in Bogota. Did you read the Routard's FAQ?

I never went to any of those Zona T clubs during my stay in Bogota. Frankly because I don't understand the concept of mongering in Bogota for $100+ per hour. Those places will also charge you through the nose for drinks and push hard to buy them. Not my type of scene.
