It really depends on what you are looking for. If you prefer to stay comfortably in your room and wait for the girl to arrive, than you have to go through hotel's policies. It's really not a hassle for me. I pay for comfort. But maybe you're the type of person who prefers to sit at a bar, have a beer or two, wait until the girls come out, maybe have to move to the next bar. It all depends on how much time you have as well.

this street runs parallel to avenida caracas one block to the west (away from the mountains). calle 68 runs into the flores transmilenio station on caracas. the neighborhood is not as busy as the area around calle 63 (4 blocks further south) , so i think it can be more dangerous as soon as work is over and it starts to get dark. this two-block stretch contains at least 4 chica places. the prices are about the same in all 4 places: start at 15k-20k and up to 64k for an hour of cbj and cfs (why 64 and not 60? 4k for the condoms!).

i went into the bar and talked to 2 girls there, up close in the light they looked more like typical girl of this neighborhood. attractive, but not wow. the girls have their own siting area here. i didn't sample a girl, so i don't know about the rooms.
so i went across the street to another place:

you enter into the bar, behind which is a small lounge with 2 chairs and 2 sofas. the girls come out of small utility room and present themselves for inspection. no names. just a quick lineup. i picked one that i knew from another casa to talk to and got the prices (64k one hour). i weakened in my resolve and went upstairs with her. big room, tv for videos. big bed. no bathroom.
as i left, another client started to chat, then warned me to be careful in this neighborhood (it was just after work and starting to clear out of people).
#4. bar danubio azul. calle 66 no 15-50. cel: 314 211 3045. 6 girls in the afternoon. open morning to? (early evening?).
this is on the corner of calle 66 and carrera 15, door with hanging beads. tout outside. selected a girl and went for an hour. not certain of the prices. i think they are actually the same, but she wanted 20k extra because she owed the boss money and he could take the entire 60k! big bed but wall to wall so the room was not that wide. tall ceilings in old building with traditional moldings and peeling paint (place needed some maintenance). normal selection of girls. no bath, no tv. might go back to see her again.
#5. bonus casa: around the corner on carrera 16 no 65-23 (cel 314 428 6709).5 girls in the afternoon. 25k for 20 min. 40k for 30min and 70k for 60min. have not tried this place yet. but one very cute slim spinner with no children!
if you are turned off by massage tables and loud music and the places with too much third-world atmosphere (i. e, dirty, old mattress on the floor, etc.) , this street would be a good alternative for you. for example, compared to cherry and innova strip clubs a few blocks away, the prices are cheaper (64k vs 100k) , the girls are a bit prettier, the rooms are better, and the ambiance is not as loud. you can still sit and talk with the girl, just be sure to buy a few beers. you don't even have to go the room with her.

Thanks for the report DD, I was debating to go there but now I don't really have an interest although the prices are a lot cheaper than Colombians in Panama. 100 for all night is surprising cheap. I prefer going to top clubs because I think there is more quality control of the girls not only in terms of looksbut also they way they treat clients. I'm sure the girl that pick pocked you had an I'd but just "forgot" at the hotel after she pick pocked you. The pros know they need an I'd to get in and if she robbed you in our out of the room it would be easy to get her into trouble. I've been to Panama a few times and met alot of beautiful Colombians but maybe 1 or 2 were GFE. It was really difficult to get dfk, bbj, and no way cim or greek from any of the ones I met. Compared to Brazil where most of girls at top clubs will do everything though it is alot more expensive.

My Bogota Experience
I was in Bogota back in mid September for about a week. I was on a business trip but had time for some mongering. Here is my report.
The weather was for the most was warm during the day and sunny, but a bit cool at night, definitely need a jacket. It rained once.
I stayed in the Parque 93 area. Its quite nice with lots of nice restaurants and hotels. Hotels are girl friendly for the most part as long as you make the reservation with 2 guests. Otherwise they may charge a chica fee.
I went to the SantaFe area a few times. Taxi ride there from parque 93 is about $10 each way. Once I made a deal with the taxi guy and have him accompany me for about 3-4 hours while I was there and take me back, we worked it out to about $25-30.
Santa Fe has tons of street action and many clubs. The street girls all pretty much ask for about $15 for 20minutes. The club girls charge about $25-$35 for about 20-30 minutes. For the most part there are many good looking girls here. Both on the street and in the clubs. I never ventured for the street girls. Seems too risky, and I've been told they are pick pocketers, etc. I did try taking one back to my hotel for about $60 for all nite, but when she got to my hotel she didn't have I'd. So that didn't work out. I sent her back in a taxi. Then I found out she did pick pocket me for about $10 from my shirt pocket while we were making out in the cab ride. Damn. And I was looking out for this type of stuff.
The clubs I went to were Paisa, Castillo, Piscina and are quite nice. Lots of security in them, and for the most part are quite clean. The girls do strip tease dances on stage. There are many clubs here though and the guys working in them try to push you to go into theirs. Castillo is the most high class and has the best looking girls. They charge a bit more as well. Like $40 for about 20-30 minutes. Or you can take them out, $50 bar fine and then whatever you work out with the girl. I did this on my last night, making sure to only pay the girl in the morning back at my hotel. We worked it out to $100 for all night. Which ended up being around 7 hours. She was quite nice, we had kind of like a GFE experience. Ended up dozing off. Normally I don't do that and only want the gi l with me for about 2-3 hours and ask the girl to leave. But this time it worked out. She helped me pack in the morning too, and we had breakfast together.
Beers in these clubs are around $2. At Castillo it's $5, and they only have heineken.
The club girls also do lap dances. Cost about $5 a dance. Its full contact and they get completely naked if you get like at least 2-3 dances. Its not a bad deal. I ended up getting many at Paisa.
All in all Santa Fe is nice, but just be aware of the street girls and all the drama that goes on the streets. Mostly pick pocketing. On weekends there is a large police presence.
I also went to brothel clubs in the Zona Rosa / Parque 93 area. These clubs are really nice, very good furnishings, the rooms are quite nice, and good looking girls. But not more so than those in Castillo. Prices are around $100 for these girls for about 1-1. 5 hour. No strict time limits. However, the issue I had with these clubs is drink pricing. They charge anywhere from $15-20 for a beer! Thats crazy pricing. Better to get a bottle but then you need about 3-4 guys. Bottle pricing is around $150+. Also I'm sure the girls will want you to buy a drink and who knows what that is. As a consequence whenever I went I didn't see too many guys in these places and I didn't stay in any of them because I didn't want to pay $20 for a beer. They do stay open quite late, like up to 3-4am. I did end up going to one place and having a beer there because the taxi guy I was with knew a few of the girls there and said I could get their numbers. I did end up getting their numbers. The places I'm talking about here are Exstasis, one just around the corner from there on 15th ave, and Lancaster. But the taxis in this area know where they all are.
One interesting club I ran into was just down the street from Parque 93, on carrera 15 between calle 94 and 95. Its a small place open after 9pm. The bar tenders are quite stunning women in cheer leading outfits. They only serve alcohol here, you can't do anything with the girls, other than flirt and talk to them. Which is why they are there. I guess you try to get their numbers to meet up with afterwards. But the girls here were all like 8's and 9's. Beers were like $6-7.
All in all Bogota isn't a great place for mongering, and the city itself isn't that great outside the Parque 93 area. But if you find yourself there, Santa Fe is worth the visit for mongering and not too hard on the pocket book.
A note on taxis. I never had a problem with any of the taxis. I negotiated with them up front and everything worked out. No surprises. I always took a taxi from the Parque 93 area. However, some of my business contacts there said they alway sms / call the taxi service first, and make sure to take that particular taxi, and to be careful. There was a list of taxi drivers posted in this foruma while back. I called the numbers and only got through to one of the contacts. Unfortunately he only worked days. Going rates are around $10 an hour to hire a taxi.

If you arrange for a girl to come see you at the hotel and you wait for her to ask for you at the front desk, you are certain to be charged for the visit. If you meet her at the lobby or outside the hotel and bring her in, you may, be sucessful discreetely bringing her up to your room. I have been able to do that a few times. How you behave is key. However to avoid those games and hassle, my preference is to just pay for an hourly hotel, a number of them in the vicinity of Caracas and 63rd (Amarte, Eros, others) 35k pesos (about $20 USD) gets you a clean room for 3 hours (or 6 depending on day and hour). It seems that bringing a chica to my room might be more of a hassle and expense than it is worth. So it seems that spending a little extra for 'in-call' for 'upgraded' chica is the way to go in Bogota. Thoughts?
