I'm thinking about going back to Bogota the last week of December or the first week of January. Are the casas and Santa Fe ladies available during this time or are they generally away for the holidays?

Also are their any other casas like Mezzanine (price, selection etc)?

From what I gathered and some of it probably got lost in translation. Apparently Minister Ruiz called the Judges bluff and told him to answer the questions of what type of test, and when and where can travelers get tested before the Judge can institute such a broad restriction on travel in and out of the COL.

I just flew into Bogota. I was here 2 days after the travel ban was rescinded. It was very serious and uptight then. Getting through customs was a breeze in comparison. I got through in less than one minute seriously. You do have to fill out the corona app prior to the airline getting you a boarding pass but literally no one in Colombia checked mine.

Also, there has been return of some traffic though airports are still ghost towns compared to what they were. Like I said before, people and countries are learning to live with Corona. I am skeptical about the vaccines but I really hope they work as well as advertised.

Meanwhile I found a Seeking girl, law school student, legal secretary that blew me away today. 10 plus! Also visited with my tour guide from last year (no sex) up in pargue 93, just intelligent conversation. Loosing interest in the "walk around" world. Doesn't mean I won't go there, just that quality people & memories are much higher value then the wild nights which quickly fade.
