Posts: 289I'm pretty experienced, but I having qualms about Bogota.
I'm planning a week in Bogota. Here's my plan (after reading 2 years worth of posts and especially the insanely good Bogota FAQ from Oct 2018:
Stay at Hotel B3 Virrey.
First night, get an escort.
Next day, go to massage parlors at Av. Carrera 15 #104-03.
Later that night, go to Lalo's across the street from B3 Virrey. Bring a girl across the street for TLN.
Repeat massage and Lalo's each day.
After reading elsewhere about the street crime in Bogota, I was seriously considering canceling my trip and going to Lima or Buenos Aires (although it seems like BA is dead currently). I've been mongering throughout Europe, Southeast Asia, and in Panama City and Cartagena, and I've been in some pretty sketchy places, but the crime reports from Bogota make me cringe. My Spanish is extremely basic. Not remotely fluent. And I am not a big scary bouncer, just a little scrawny guy.
Does my plan sound "safe"? Should I cancel? Any other "safe" suggestions? Price is not the limiting factor for me. Safety is.
For example, many people suggest Uber or taxi apps, but then say "don't ever let anyone see that you have a cell phone". Not sure how to make that work.

Posts: 88Hotel actually in Santa Fe hot zone?
I'm staying up near Hotel Tequendama, so it's less than 10 minute walk to Santa Fe, no problems day or night.
But I like going down to 22 for breakfast around 6 am and wandering around there for a couple of hours, and at other weird times and I would just prefer to be right there on the doorstep.
I saw a 10/10 black girl yesterday morning and I'd rather be bang in the street so I can just chill looking around, drinking coffee etc and not have to bother walking 5 blocks.
San Francisco it's to far away? Same with Ibis.
Anyone ever stayed in a hotel, exactly around the blocks where the clubs are?
How about the Normandy?
Any other suggestions please I'm keen to stay exactly on those streets?

A big turn off for me are the "barkers" on the streets trying to get you into their club, very very very aggressive and annoying, I actually had 2 or 3 and even at times 4 surround me as I walked by and they followed me for half a block, after 2 or 3 days every night like this it got to the point hat I told them to fuck off as nothing else worked, they were all deff to my "no gracias", after literally a thousand times saying "no gracias" in a polite but firm manner I just tell them to fuck off. It is that bad, the worst I have experienced in all of Colombia.

Posts: 300Santa FE Comments Saturday of Semana Santa Week.
Just got back into the land of the beached whales (US) from 2 days in Colombia. Recalling my dream:
1. Hotel San Francisco de Assis- Great price of about $30 US a night, but bad neighborhood. You can walk about 8 blocks to Sante Fe red light district but is not safe. Taxi was 8,000 and 10,000 pesos to Santa Fe night clubs.
2. Sante Fe nightclub district- Creepy even at day, if alone and a gringo. Do not walk around alone at night, take a cab to the door of the club and back again to the hotel. If you are Hispanic or with another person, it may be OK.
Was at a corner restaurant on 23 d, about a block west of Caracas for lunch a 35 year old, muscular black guy standing outside the restaurant talking shit, trying to get my attention. When I left he followed me a block, I turned to get away and walked over to a police car for safety. Had 2 l bums try to talk to me for money. Had one guy in a group of 3 who called me a gringo.
Reminds me of bad areas of NYC, graffiti on ALL walls and buildings, businesses. Dogs that shit on the sidewalk. Men who [CodeWord111] against buildings on public streets. The police who walk around do so in groups of 2's and 3's. Alot of homeless sleeping on the sidewalk, covered up with blankets. Dogs roaming freely looking for garbage from bags. People on bikes that cut in front of taxis. That is why they call it the Zone of Tolerance, basically the area without law and order. All clubs were closed Good Friday but opened Saturday evening.
3. Had a great dream experience Saturday at "Mezzanine 14" massage on Street 104. Was told on the phone they offered "happy endings", but no sex, and the rate was 80,000 pesos for an hour. There are 4 small office-like suites in back on the second floor mezzanine of the building. They have a motion detector camera that tells when someone approaches, then all the 15 or 17 girls aggressively come out to greet you. One girl was angry upset the other girls were too aggressive coming out to me, and she started arguing with another. Half the girls (all over 21) said they were from Venezuela, half from Colombia. I eliminated the girls with a belly, too aggressive or just plain looking. Found a smiling, short, cute 21 year old from the rural area of Colombia that I selected for a massage, probably 8. 5 out of a 10. (There is no 10.) I stripped in the room, when she came in she stripped to her panties. We hugged and kissed and I put her butt on the massage table. Started playing, kissing her lips and neck and sucking her nipples and she pulled me closer. Rubbed her pussy and she removed her black panties. She played with my cock. She told me it as an extra 70,000 for oral without condom, 100,000 for bare-back sex without the condom. Gave in to her upsell. Put her back on the table and did her mish for awhile. Never did try another position. The rooms are small cubicles and the massage table is waste high, takes up most of the room. Then put her on the floor and told her to "mamar me pene". She did a great oral job. Then, when she vigorously stoked and pulled on my cock, I happily shot my 3 days load all over her clothes, on the side of the room. I know because I helped her put her top back on and tie it in the back, and the tie strings were soaked with cum. Got her number but probably will never call or see her again because I do not come to Bogo-ta much. Other than the fighting competition the girls had for my session, it was a great experience and I recommend this place over Sante Fe Night Clubs. Of course your mileage may vary.
4. Visited Fiebre and Pasia Club Saturday evening between 7 and 8 pm after my wonderful Mezzanine 14 experience. Took taxi to the door of Fiebre, was frisked for weapons and entered. No cover charge. There was about 12 girls inside, probably half or less the number of girls on a regular weekend night because of Semana Santa. 7-9 of the girls were with hard silicone and big butts. Funny, but if the girls get silicone they often have or grow a huge butt. 1-2 girls were natural and doable, but one of them was already being grinded on by a Colombian. The other was standing around, bored, with smaller tits. Ordered a Coca-Cola and drank it for about 30 minutes. One girl was dancing on the runway all the time, not bad looking, but not great either. Maybe a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. Would have like to have seen a few other girls dance.
Went next door to Paisa club. Girls were slightly more attractive and I made eye contact with one. I might have done her if I had not been satisfied and drained from the girl at Mezzanine 14. Music was way too loud, the girls could not communicate with their prospective men. Left after 10 minutes and a urination.
Went next door to "A tones" not sure if this club had been known as Atunes? Was planning on entering, but was grabbed by 2 of the 8 door men who tried to physically push me inside the door. Creepy. I did not like to be handled on my arm, so I went to the cab and left without going in.

Another time in MDE, an ATM spit out a 50 k note that got stuck and ripped to pieces as I tried to get it out LOL.
But OTOH, I once had a Canadian ATM not give me $300CAD of my money.

I'd recommend Santa Fe, the talent there is exceptional and such a simple process, particularly the street sweeties.

The overall point was valid; the chap was never getting the footage, nor were the cops, and he seemed surprised, but that is the general position.

Posts: 2Newbie here, looking for advice on how to ditch my group for a bit.
Hey everyone!
Newbie here but I've been lurking the forum for a while. I'm traveling to Bogota this summer with a large group, but this group would not be into the kind of fun I want to experience let's just say. From reading here, it's not recommended you go alone anywhere. Any tips on me to escape for an hour or two somewhere where I can go alone and be (relatively) safe? Daytime or nighttime options. Thank you in advance!

So my trip is only 9 days from now, will be in Bogota for an entire week. Anyone have tips on what to wear? I don't want to over dress for the strip clubs or stand out too much. Also, is it cold within the clubs as well? I see the temperatures in Bogota are generally pretty low 50's, so I was thinking a light jacket or sweater would be okay to wear.
I'm super excited honestly. Probably going to put on 20 lbs from the food alone. I also got Tinder Gold to see if I can meet any non / semi-pros before I go.
