Was passing Calle 71 and decided to stop in to see if this very conveniently located privada (at least for me) had improved. Recent experiences were not that good, but went in anyway to see if the talent has changed. I noticed that they are no longer at Calle 71#14a-20 but rather they have moved next door to CL 71 #14a-24 into a larger and nicer place. The location was still under construction, but had tile floors and many more rooms, and the facilities were actually very, very nice.

I think you will have trouble finding these bars in the afternoon in Bogota, as most cater for night time clientele as in most parts of the world. Panama city and Cartagena is the same.

There have been some "exclusive" clubs / bars that have been advertised for upscale afternoon fun but they seem to come and go probably because during the day people don't have the time and have to work and prefer the quicky knocking shops that are everywhere. I myself venture out for a half hour quickie at lunch time but could not go for an afternoon drinking session often.

I once found a great place in the Zona T which was open during the day and was supposedly a brothel and a swingers place with drinks but it never lasted long. Too much competition. Another place called margaritas bar with anever seemd to be open. Selling sex is everywhere here places open and close all the time.

If you need a girl then there are an abundance of options from santa fe to chapinero to calle 116 and more. These range from cheap run down from 30, 000 pesos, but normally safe, locations with a variety of quality of girls to fancy massage parlours with showers and sexy girls but hit and miss services from 150, 000pesos.

If you are just looking for sex its everywhere from 9am onwards however for proper drinking bars with lots of chicas and the best looking chicas you need to wait until 9pm. Check out Bogota lists for places to go during the day. Note those clubs at night in the north will charge you a fortune for drinks whilst those in Santa Fe or the famous 49 will be less expensive.

Also Santa Fe has the Piscina del dia option for drinking and fucking as well as some other smaller bars but a little more risky if you are drinking alone as a gringo.

If you just a can of beer and a girl then any palce will get you a beer, depends on what you are looking for.

Avenida Suba is an expressway that runs from the autopiste at about calle 72 to the west and ends in Suba. It also has a transmilenio line. I decided to investigate two massage places near the Punte Largo station, about Calle 105. Here is the listing from Bogota Lists (and below are my updates) :

Nunber 2 is gone. The whole building where is would be is missing. Delete it from the list.

Number 1 (Abejitas de Suba) exists, as listed. The door is unmarked and unlocked, you go up the stairs to a reception desk. The girl on duty guided me into a room with standard massage table. Things looked clean, but no bath in he room. She offered herself, no presentation, perhaps because early and not many girls. Prices start at 40k for a short regular massage, up to 180k for an hour with CBJ and CFS. I decided to take one for the team and try her.

The one-hour Service was okay, but nothing special. No clock watching. At this price I will not be returning. I get get the same service from a better looking girl a bit further south for 1/3rd the price (I. E. Massage places on or near Calle 63 and Caracas).

I referenced this site last weekend for domicillios. Some might prefer the outcall having a home court advantage so to speak.
