Should be safe with taxi to the club. There are plenty of taxis roaming around the blocks, but you would still have to walk around the blocks to other clubs. Would be silly to flag down taxis for 100 ft rides. There are a few police on foot patrol at major intersections.

If I were you I would take pics of all my docs, passport, CoVid certs, all travel arrangement. Print out a copy of your passport and CoVid certs, keep them in your pocket with just enough cash to spend. Lock everything up in your hotel safe. Hold your phone and money in pockets with both hands.

Hold a steel pen in your pocket. Be aware of people following you. Occasionally stop, back up against the wall, wait and look around for potential attackers. Just be careful so you feel safe, but after the first day I was walking back and forth from the hotel San Francisco on Carr 10,3 blocks to cal 24, turned right at the Mobile gas station and walked down to Carr 13,14,15 where the clubs and girls are, and walked back alone after midnight. The streets were dark and dirty, reek with feces and urine, with dark shadowy guys moping around, but there were cops with their flashing motos at a few intersections. When I used seeking, I met some ho types, but I also met women who were the earners for their family and who cared for their grandparents and would do anything for them, lawyers, medical students, and engineers. It was pretty standard though that the women with jobs worked 6 days a week, so you are likely going to have to make do with students and the unemployed. I met amazing women from seeking and it bugs me to see everyone say "Eh, they're all a bunch of hos on there. " They are not, not by a long shot.

Over the last 2 years, I met a few women in Medellin, a dozen in Bogota, and two in Cali who would fulfill what you want. You want an arrangement so you should go to the place where women are looking for that too.

Beginning in January, SA will raise the price AGAIN. They just might be the most expensive dating site out there now. I had good results in years past with SA, when it was 69, then 79 a month but it kept on going up and usefullness going down. Since the pandemic seems like more and more scams and chics on there with no intention of meeting and only want to sell photos. You should be fine if you take normal everyday precautions. All the clubs are in the same area most on CR 16 a.

So in those 25 free days I'm not interested in having fun outside my comfortable apartment, I just want to rest and leave the house for a little while, perhaps to go to some restaurant. I would like to meet 2-3 girls who stay with me for 7-10 days each. I like listening to music, cooking and doing many things.

Certainly I have to look for girls on social media before meeting them. I am a funny type and I love to play. But I have to pay money for them, I already know this. . And as I like beautiful girls, I will have to pay more.

So maybe, it would be better to go to a cheaper Colombian city if I don't leave home a little, at least I can save money. Don't you think this?.

Speaking Spanish will open up many more options. Just going by experiences here, but I would say Cali is maybe around 20% cheaper on average than Bogota. Definitely not as hectic as Bogota and much warmer. BOG and Cartagena are probably the two most expensive places generally speaking in Colombia with Medellin creeping up not far behind. Once you go outside of those cities, general living costs can be much lower. I myself will be going to Bucaramanga soon for 2 or 3 months and have noticed prices seems to be noticeably lower than Bogota.

Think I know where you're coming from. I've lived in both but more familiar with Bogota and sounds like where you're leaning. This is all subjective, but here's my take.

In my experiences with non-Colombianos in Bog, it all depends on pretty much which climate they were used to or had just come from. For those from Canada, northern US, most of Europe, and other colder climates, it wasn't problem. For those that were used to warmer climates or maybe had just come from Cartagena or Santa Marta, it was more of an issue for them.

Certainly Colombia is not Africa, but in Africa the girls were crazy to stay with me for 10 days in my apartment.

The ironic thing is that I'm not American, love dancing in general, and don't do shorts (unless I'm at the beach or the gym) or baseball caps.

Also, seems to me that a guy who has only danced 2 or 3 times over 17 years in Colombia is about as gringo a thing as you can get.

What is the point to go to Colombia to dance? And jump around a girl for some time to get her laid? When you can pay 20 $ and she will spread her legs. If not she than the other one. And you can choose and do her in 5 min.

Who said anything about going to Colombia just to dance? Dancing is far more engrained into Colombian culture (and especially Calenos) even compared to many other Latin American countries like Chile or Bolivia for example. There's a reason why some call Cali the salsa capital of the world and would probably be worth mentioning to someone asking about Cali.

I get that some don't enjoy dancing, but I do it because it's a blast. Maybe you like golf. I can't fucking stand it, but who cares really? Different strokes for different folks. Last thing I'll say is that I've met very women internationally who didn't at least appreciate or weren't attracted to a man who could dance. That goes for regular chicks and pros. Anyone who doesn't think it makes a difference when it's time for the bedroom with either is greatly mistaken.

Think I know where you're coming from. I've lived in both but more familiar with Bogota and sounds like where you're leaning. This is all subjective, but here's my take.

Another poster mentioned about it being hard to breathe in BOG. That's more so because of the high elevation but is an important consideration for anyone with respiratory, vascular or similar health problems.

It doesn't appear that you mentioned anything about your level of Spanish, but if you don't speak any at all or very limited, Bogota will be a better choice. Bogota being the capital and financial heart of Colombia means you're more likely to find someone who speaks English. Plus, it's 4 or 5 x the size of Cali population-wise, so you're more likely to find what you're looking for from a numbers game.

I enjoyed my time living in Cali and loads of fun hanging out in the San Antonio and Grenada neighborhoods of Cali. Las Brisas discoteca closer to Jamundi is one of my favorite salsa places in the world. I'm sure other can offer their opinions here and Colombia is a fun-loving country wherever, but I just don't believe a person who isn't a dancer would enjoy Cali as much. Also, I don't have any numbers but my guess is that there's a higher proportion of people in BOG who speak English compared to Cali. One thing Cali does have going for it is that it generally has a lower cost of living and that includes the novias.

Honestly, if you're going to spend almost a month there, I'd say just go to Bogota and that's especially true if you don't speak much Spanish. If the cold becomes an issue, you could always just take one of your novias (or both) on a bus ride to one of the surrounding towns like Melgar or Girardot for a few days or whatever. I don't remember exactly but believe they are maybe 2 or 3 hours away. They're both much warmer than Bogota and with lots of swimming pools.

Villavicencio in the south could also be an option. Very warm and much flatter terrain for those with mobility issues. Don't remember exactly either but maybe 2 hours away from BOG.

Even if you hate it, domestic flights are very inexpensive out of Bogota in case you want to check out other destinations within the country including Cali.
