Nice report. The quality and quantity of the girls in SF declined during the pandemic. The area was great 2017-9.

I was hoping to return to Bogota for a fourth visit to Santa Fe but then heard about Colombia's new vaccination mandate coming into effect in the middle of the month. Aside from the question of whether or not they will accept paper CDC cards from the US, and the potential hassle and risk of walking around Santa Fe with it, I am also concerned about what if any implications it would have for Santa Fe, particularly the clubs. I assume (correct me if I am wrong) that the vaccination rate is low among the girls there; would it shut them out of the clubs and thus reduce the talent pool there, like what happened in Germany with the FKKs? Would it push them out into the street scene? Would the vaccination mandate apply to the short-time hotels that the street girls use too?

Of course, all of this is a moot point if no one in Santa Fe enforces the mandate, which I could certainly imagine. What do you expect to happen?

I am headed back to Colombia in January for my third time. I stay in Cartagena. There is a nice hotel in the walled city not far from the Clock tower and the triangle of pussy bars. I love it. It is safe, simple and reasonably priced. But I have heard that the monger scene in Bogota is amazing. My questions are, is it really that good?
