Just a quick note to remind folks to be careful around Santa Fe. I don't spend much time in Bogota but was passing through last weekend. Spent a few hours down there. No problems. Then left. The filthy pig wouldn't name his price. I offered him 20 k he said no. And so I asked again, how much. He continued playing the same game. I said 50 k is my max. If that doesn't work. Stick on the cuffs. So he took it.

A couple of years in Colombia. And that's the first time I've been shaken down.

Never experienced that but many times taxi drivers are overcharging. This is why I order a taxi on an app like cabify or Didi directly to the club or Casa where I am if I want to leave the area.

After a month in Colombia I went to DR and came back, The immigration officer didn't like this idea of using Colombia as travelling hub and start to ask super detail questions but let me go.

Did you leave and come back because you wanted to stay longer? I'm confused, I thought you could stay up to 3 months. I was there for 2 weeks and it wasn't long enough. I want to go back for over a month soon, hope that won't be a problem.

I'll quickly go through the gist of my trip. I was pissed off at one point because the response rate from girls that I'd met on cam sites was even lower than I'd expected. The ones that did reply were giving me all kinds of BS. But one of them I did meet and it made everything worth it. See, what had happened was. I was really looking at first for a relationship maybe with one or two girls the most.
