Sorry to hear about your experience, but I have a complete other experience. I shared the same roof with latin american girls during 95% of my nights in the past 15 years, and I never EVER had to experience theft. From my experience, its hit or miss, play it safe, keep your valuables hidden and never bring her home until you feel comfortable with her. You can go to a motel for a full night for cheap. I spent a total of 18 months in Colombia from 2019-now (Got stuck in lockdown during the pandemic) and I really only had 1 bad experience with a chica (I asked for help on this forum about it).

In terms of payment, again, it depends on the girl, some girls ask for high hourly rates but ask for double their hourly for an overnight. I usually go with 500 Dollars or 2 million a week and see what they say, it depends on your luck, how good your Spanish is, and their situation.

Getting an uber in Santa Fe to pick you up is damned near impossible.
