Cartagena was not even on my radar. I like the idea of a mix of both. What other type things go on there? And would you suggest it for 1st timer in Columbia? I plan to go to I love latins dot com and take their tour in feb. Looks like fun and place to meet some non p4p chicas in order to get a feel for the area without the hustle going on. Well. I speak basic spanish as I travel to mexico frequently and have been to dom rep and Costa rica. So I would say I am at intermediate spanish. And I will. So the mansion. This is Bogota right? Is it a hotel? Also. I noticed in other places things tend to cost different. What would you say the average Free lancer would cost. Incall girl. Massage parlor. And street walker if suggestible. I'd rather not get ripped off and pay what is going rate so I am not responsible for being one of the dumb gringos that drive the cost up for everyone else. Thank you for intel. If you happen to be there when I travel. I will indeed pay for a few drinks to make up for your time.

I would say Cartagena. So much more going on then just the P4P scene. Hell, you might get lucky with "regular" girls or tourists.

But you can always pop into LDV and negotiate some action from a "pro"- but again, yes RTFT and know the going rates. Don't overpay- and don't be taken for a sucker!

Had the opportunity to spend a few days in Bogota at the end of October and check out the scene. I had been elsewhere in Colombia before, but this was my first trip to Bogota. Stayed there over the weekend from Friday to Sunday and then a weeknight the following week.

Stayed at the St. Simon Hotel on the first part of the trip and Hotel Virrey

On the second part. Would definitely recommend Hotel Virrey over the St. Simon. Both are located in Zona Roja and close to the action. St. Simon is a bit more expensive ($150 USD) and the staff somewhat surly and not very accomodating. Also, St. Simon will charge you an extra $90 USD to bring a girl back to the hotel. I had read this before on this site, but assumed it only applied to overnights. Not so. They charge you even if it is for an hour. Zona Roja itself is a lot of fun, with a lot going on in the evening. Good clubs, shopping, restaurants.

I didn't have much time in Bogota, so just ended up checking out a couple of the clubs and one massage parlour. Didn't check out the online stuff.

First place I went was called El Padrino (Carrera 14 no. 81. 10) right next to the St. Simon. This was a Friday night and went there around 9 or 10 PM. Fairly small club with about 10 girls, mostly 6s to 7. 5s. I was the only guy in there. Got the sense that there was a mix of full-time pros and semi-pros. Settled on a cute girl who is a university student during the day. Had a few drinks, hit it off well and decided to go. Bar fine is $80 USD and drinks run $15. Girl was charging $80 USD. Went back to the St. Simon, but after the guy tried to charge the $90 add-on, I promptly told him he could go mount himself, and went back to the club. Used one of the rooms there (they applied my bar fine to it) and had a great, non-rushed session. I kept in touch with this girl and we hooked up again when I was in town later in the week. It's small and not that busy, but would recommend this place.

The following day, I checked out Absolute Massage (Carrera 16 #80-41). Would concur with previous reports about this place. Pretty straight-forward "massage" place. They escort you into a room with a massage table and mirrors everywhere. Introduced to a line-up of 7 or 8 girls. Girls tended to be 6s and 7s and a little older (mid to late 20s). Settled on a blonde girl who I think was named Natalie. One hour session is $100 USD and it was pretty good. The attitude here is by no means unfriendly, but a little more business-like. Still I was not rushed and would recommend.

Later that evening, headed down to check out Casanovas. Got there again around 9 or 10 pm. Place had maybe 12 to 15 girls and felt similar to El Padrino, although I would say the talent was a little better, with one or two 8s. Girls seemed a bit more full-time pro here. Again pretty similar prices to El Padrino. $70 for room or bar fine, $15 for a drink. Girls would always start out at $150 to $200 ($300K. 400K Colombian Pesos) but would always settle to $100. Again, I was the only guy in the club, although a few more showed up when I was leaving. Chose a girl named Leah, who was definitely the hottest in the club, but definitely knew it. Friendly to a point, my intuition told me that she was going to be great to look at but much more restrictive and rushed. This turned out to be true (funny how one head over-rides the other.). Casanova seems okay, but no different that a lot of the other clubs in the area.

Returned on a weeknight the following week and got in touch with the girl I had met the first night. Hung out in the evening and she stayed the night at my hotel. Multiple GFE sessions that evening and the next morning, and she didn't try and up-sell me at all. In the end, paid her what a paid the previous week, with nice propio thrown in.

I did have the opportunity to check out one more club before I was to meet up with this girl. Again, I didn't take out from this place because I had already arranged to meet up with the girl, but I can highly recommend it. It's called Lalos Club. Just up Carrera 15 from Casanovas. There are a bunch of touts hanging out on the street around Casanova that will direct you there. My understanding is that this is a fairly new club, although I could be wrong. Arrived at around 9 pm and the place was absolutely hopping. Probably 40 to 50 girls, mostly 7s, but with probably half a dozen 8s to 8. 5s. Only one or two other guys there when I arrived. I have to admit, I felt a bit on the spot with droves of hot women staring you down as soon as you walk in the door. Hard to just relax and enjoy your beer and check out the scene. Rates are pretty comparable to the other places. $70 bar fine or room. $15 a beer. Like Casanovas, girls would high-ball at $150 to $200 and drop quickly to $100. Competition in this place was fierce with 50 women and only a couple of guys, so the scene is definitely in your favor. In the end, I left to meet up with the girl, and was cursing myself for not having more time in Bogota to try this place. I even thought of dropping by later in the evening, but it was not to be.

All in all, Bogota was as good as anywhere I've been (and this being Colombia, and the capital, there are gorgeous women everywhere). Granted this was low season, so things may have been in my favor. Basically, these places are all clip joints where the same formula applies: expensive drinks, expensive drinks for the girls, high bar fines, everyone wants a propio, etc. All I can say is exploit your bargaining position and take your time to check out the scene and you will have a good time. There are tastes to suit everyone. I speak reasonable Spanish, which will put you much farther ahead (few of the girls spoke English). Try and find a girl you like and get her number and take it from there.

My first night in town and I hit the ground running I always the forum as a guide when landing in a new city to find the best places and the prettiest women plus the best bang for a buck. My flight was a night time arrival and I was starving by the time I landed I grabbed a taxi at the airport the cost from the airport to my apartment 21, 000 pesos not bad for a 30 minute ride. Checked into my apartment tossed my bags down and headed for parque 93 I had heard that the Hooter's in Bogota was flooded with beautiful women who work there and from first hand experience they had some of the sexiest women I came in contact with while in Bogota, Atunes being the other point of reference. I had the opportunity to talk to some of the girls that worked there and the majority of them are from other cities Medellin, Cali and some smaller other cities.
