He had the audacity to go back and ask for his stuff the next day and I accompanied him this time. We talked to the administrator, Pirncesa Kay and owner. Administrator basically accidentally admitted it while the owner said that no, my friend came drunk and went somewhere else and that's a lie blah blah blah very ferocious. The owner was a complete asshole. They said "besides the waiter who attended him is not here today". We were surrounded by like 20 guys (waiters and security guards who beat my friend up the day before) violently staring at us and telling us to leave for like 3 1/2 hours. The administrator wanted to compromise while the owner was a huge asshole to us. We just wanted his stuff back. They had us waiting for far too long so we had a plan up our sleeves, we would call the police and make them show the camera footage (12 cameras inside the club) and that will show how they robbed him..

I'm not going to speak to you like a child. Like the gentleman below but sometimes you slip up it could have been a lot worse for your boy. Thank you for telling us this news. We appreciate it, just a constant reminder to always stay in your toes. Bogota is definitely a good mine if you dodge all the BS but you have to follow the travel rules. Well this is obviously a pretty disturbing story and I'm sorry for what happened to your friend.

But I have to wonder once again, why are these things always happening to you and your friends in particular? Young guys can be very loud and overconfident when they go out, is this how you guys behave? You seem to make yourselves targets somehow anyway. Comparing what happened to your friend to a Game of Thrones scene seems pretty immature to me, sorry! And stop thinking waiters / waitresses in clubs are you're friends, obviously they're not from what happened to your friend! And maybe it would have been wiser to go back after having phoned the cops, and turn up with them. You guys were over-confident going back there alone, who knows what could have happened to you?

They were touching and pulling on us so hard to go in and one of them pick pocketed his cheap Chinese brand phone so we don't let them touch us ever since.

Arrived late last night. MIA-BOG. Sped through immigration and customs. I like Bogot's airport. Modern and efficient. Book a room at the Hotel San Francisco de Asis. So what happens next reminded me of the game of thrones scene when Ned stark confronts king Geoffrey with the paper seal / order of the dead king and Ned had the city watch join him and the city watch commander says "we stand behind you lord Stark" and Ned Stark walks in with authority.

We call the police (2 policemen arrive), and the first thing they do is greet the owner in a friendly way and by name because they know each other! We tell the police we want to see the footage. The police tell him "let's see the footage". The owner says "fine I'll show you the footage and you'll see that they are lying" but he then says that he can't access them right now because of a pass code / password but it will be available tomorrow. The police says "well, that's all we can do. " My friend says "hes going to delete the footage! The police says "he can't delete the footage". The police tell us to come back tomorrow and check it. We leave and the next day and we file a report with the "Fiscialia"and they start a case and say the inspector / officer who will be in charge of this case will be in contact with us.

I'm not sure if going to the American Embassy will help.

My Colombian friend said that since he our friend is American then the Colombian Media will like this story and put this establishment on blast which is what we want but my friend doesn't feel comfortable having his name and face on the news of getting drugged / robbed in brothel club LOL.
