I have to ask are you white? Colombia has way more tourists and business travelers than almost any country in Africa. I too Love and got spoiled by Africa. But the reason why Africa is so great is because the economies are worse and they get way less tourists. That being said I love the infrastructure and the less stark difference between dirt poor and super rich here.
