Just going to give you a quick update on my trip so far to Bogota, as I mentioned in a previous post I have a lady friend here so getting down wasn't a problem. I have also invested time in going into sites before arriving and have met 2 girls, one which I have already gotten down again with as well. So out of 3 days, 2 lays! Not a bad number if I may say so.

My advice to any of you planning on coming, do your research and get your contacts ready before you arrive, I have some of the sites if you want them. I guarantee it is not that hard to get laid without having to pay for a prostitute. Zona T is usually busting as of Tuesdays, so tonight I am making my way there.

There are two sides of this and not sure what you mean. Either way, I don't think it's going to work. 1) You mean trying to meet some girl and make her your girlfriend or whatever. To do that, you are going to have to take her out and talk to her. You are going to have to spend time. Time is worth more than money on a short vacation. By the time you get her, maybe even later that night, the next day, or few days later, you could have shagged at least a few or maybe a dozen girls (also for quite likely less than what taking this "non-pro" out to dinners, etc costs). I barely see the point as I knocked down 6 in one day when I was there. Is the sex with the non-pro going to be all that "special"? Does she look that good? Maybe, maybe not.

2) You are just trying to save money, talk to some girl and hope you can lie your way into her pants by promising all these big things and lifestyle because you are a foreigner but not actually spend a peso. That can happen, but can also fail if you aren't even willing to take her out to eat (so you just wasted a bunch of time for nothing). Some of the girls can fall for this, and do, but I only recommend this is you've got good game and you are really just into the "chase". You might want to take her to a bar for drinks (or meet or pick her up there) and dancing for best results. But a few drinks at a bar / club can be more than some of the girls in the zone..

To be honest the "free ass" strategy has worked for me in other countries. I still feel its better then paying for a prostitute. I have been here for 3 days now and I have already gotten laid once, so it does work. Yes it can be more expensive, but my recommendation is to get your game on before you come here as I did, there are many sites you can go to where you can start talking to some of these girls online and by the time you get here, they are ready for it.

You have to invest time, that's it time, money is only a part of it and considering the exchange rate as it is right now, you can't go wrong, it is relatively cheap here right now.

So after reading the advice of some more experienced Bogota mongers I decided to give it another run and see what comes of it.

Thurs started at Pussy House where I picked up a chica there and brought her back for the night. 300 mil plus dinner was the tab. It was good not great, as even though I had her upstairs it seems that a few beers and some dark lighting makes things look a few points better than they really are. We cut ways Fri and I was free to do the Toreador chapinero tour.

Hit all three Casas in the 71 area during the day and evening and pounded one out in each place. 30 k each, no propinas. Beer 3 k.

One was a waste of time, one was a tight 19 yr old from manzinales that I put in doggie and just went to town. And the last was a 25 yr old fitness buff. I actually told her I just wanted a show but it was so hot and her kisses were so amazing that we ended up going at it. Did a repeat later that evening as well.

Earlier that week I was on seeking arrangement and had made a few contacts. Most are pros on there though with some ridiculous pricing 400 Mil / HR to which I counter with my 150 mil 2 hrs + 250 mil a night. However did meet up with a true semi pro. A bit bigger than I like but after some intellectual conversation and a glass of wine we ended up in bed going at it. She was a real naughty one. Deep throat, spitting, slapping hair pulling. In the end got her an uber and 200 k sending her on her way.

Would I consider Bogota a prime Colombian destination. No but if I have to layover anyway might as well just go with the flow.

I was here and going back and wanted to know what hotels are chica-friendly. I stayed in Hotel Cristales but not the best spot and still 35 k if you book in person /40 k online.

Anybody know similiarly cheap hotels in the area that you can bring a girl up in? I didn't actually try at my hotel so not even sure.

Troya is cool, and Paisas on the next block is supposed to be good like Troya also being very cheap.

Girls on the street there are usually 30 k and up, once in awhile can get an OK one for 25 k, but some definitely try for up to 50 k (doesn't mean they'll get it).

But if you go south of 19th, you are in the real shit and girls can be 15-20 k. Not recommended at night, barely safe in the daytime. Some of the girls are hot, but most are not even close the same quality as calle 23/24 in the zone.

I rented a whole apartment on a very safe part of Calle 24 at AirBnB for $29 dlls per night; the place and the building are very nice. Fiebre, Troya, Paisas, etc. Is not far and walking down Calle 24 is the safest way to arrive to the area.

He is definitely talking about Theatron you mention. It's the biggest club in the country and between all of the "little clubs" it has with different music scenes, it has a 10,000 person capacity. Entrance fee is 30,000 COP, but all you can drink until 2 am. Even though some people call it a gay hot spot, I think most people there are straight. Either way, tons of higher end girls and non pros. I can see why you guys can say going there or Andres DC (one of the most expensive restaurants in the country also) to find top talent is a possibility.

I regularly travel to Colombia on business especially Bogota. It has been one of the hardest towns for me in getting action. I do however have a "GF" in Bogota but as many of you may agree, its not about just one. I am going to be in town next week and I wanted to learn from you guys, any easier way to get some action without having to actually pay? I know it may seem a bit picky on my part but hey, lets face it, it better to go fishing than just going to the store and buying fish.

I am very familiar with "zona T" and the 93 park area. A bit classier than going to the center of town but one thing I have learned from being in Bogota, girls are not easy! If we compare Medellin, Barranquilla, Cali where they are much more open minded, Bogota is about snotty or I am to good for you type of girls.

If you guys can give me some pointers or brotherly advice as to where in Bogota I can sit meet and pick up chicks, by all means let me know. I will be giving a full report on my business trip next week and letting you guys know how it went.

Free advice from my part: if you use Uber in Bogota from anywhere in the city to the airport, standard rate is 25 K (roughly 9 bucks)! That is cheap. Considering the exchange rate right now, Colombia is the place to be.

My experience is "free ass" is always more expensive in not just time, but sometimes also money. I still do it though with some civilians and can get them to fall for me, but even I can admit it's a little cruel, but having sex with a "10" civilian is hard to resist if you are good at the chase. Doing shit together, like dinners, seeing sights / attractions, or just taxis and basic BS adds up pretty quick. If you are going to be in town for awhile and take advantage of your free ass, OK. But if only a couple of days, I don't recommend it for the risk of wasting time.

I have been pretty lazy, but finally will do this report. At the end of August, me, my dad, and my youngest brother arrived in Bogota and went to the ATMs outside of Customs. My Charles Schwab card would not work in the ATMs. Luckily I have more than one bank and one of my other cards worked. It was my dad and brother's first time in Colombia and I had forgotten to tell them to just use their ATM cards so they had brought money to exchange. The exchange rate at the booth was way below the interbank so I got money out of my bank for my dad and my brother used his ATM card as well. The taxi touts inside were asking 40k to go downtown. I went upstairs and outside to find someone dropping off a passenger and negotiated a 20k flat rate. We went downtown to my usual hotel which was 40k for each room.

After getting settled in we must have headed out about midnight to walk down to Santa Fe. I gave them a quick tour then we went inside of La Piscina. Now I usually stay away from this place and stick to the chicks in front of the casas, but since the exchange rate is so great I figured we might as well try it out. We sat down and ordered 3 beers for 6k each since that was the cheapest thing on the menu. There were no other patrons in the place. I immediately secured my girl. I asked her how much she wanted and she said 150k. I started laughing. It took nothing for her to get down to 100k. My brother grabbed a girl and bought her a drink. Later on when the bill was added up he found out said drink was 15k. I asked him how much his girl wanted and he said 80. I had to jump in. It took me negotiating with my girl to get 100k, but right off his girl was taking 80k? Well come to find out, his girl wanted US$80! I started laughing. I said if I am giving my girl 100k pesos there is no way you are getting US$80...

I'll be taking my first trip to Bogota later this month. I'm excited to savor the local flavors! Reading the forums has been very helpful. I will be working for much of the time I'm there and probably can't really do much in the way of exploring. I'll need to order room service. I'm looking at a few different options for services to go through. Solitasparati seems to be a great option. Can anyone confirm this or offer better solutions for ordering in to my hotel? I know exactly what you mean and when you say parade, it is an understatement, I mean even the waitresses there are gorgeous. Medellin is more of a prospector city because I have seen it. As mentioned in my other reply, I do speak Spanish and even though it is an advantage when you have to communicate, I feel women there gear towards real foreigners, like those who really don't speak Spanish. I am from Panama so technically it doesn't apply to me.

I will keep all you in the loop and give you a recap of how my trip went. I have already uploaded a post to CL and that was a week ago, no nibs! Hopefully I'll have some great tales for you guys!

First, you need to know some spanish. Not just buen DIA, como estas? And donde esta bao? But be able to converse in spanish, ask questions, answer them, say something amusing etc. Many non-pros will be charmed by men who can attempt to speak spanish and know a bit. You could go to a Bogota Beer Company or a restaurant / bar in Zona Rosa and come across plenty of single women. Many who are in groups of friends. If you give the impression that you're just looking for sex, unless she's a pro or semi-pro you're not going to get very far. Colombian chicas are also very family oriented, they come first and a majority live with their family. If she sees you want something serious, you have a chance. And it might take a couple dates. If you're not a frequent visitor to Colombia, you should stick to just P4P. Even frequent visitors such as myself stick to p4 p. I'll arrange dates on ColombianCupid and try Tinder and have had some luck, but not going to lie. It will take a little bit of work. If I didn't know much spanish, I'd be struggling. Being able to ask questions in spanish and take an interest in her life and getting to know her using spanish, that will help A LOT. Also, make an effort to learn to dance. Not the club EDM dancing that goes on in the USA / Europe.

Spanish is not the difficult part because, I am Panamanian, the problem is and as you mentioned, the girls are family oriented etc etc. I have used tinder and it has its advantages, although tinder is viewed more like a chat engine rather than a hookup tool as seen in the USA (its useless in Panama). BBC is a nice place to go if you have a wingman, otherwise you will seem like an absolute idiot sitting and drinking by yourself, especially if you are as shy as me.
