The moral of the story is that you don't tell someone where you're staying until you're giving them an address to come fuck you. If they try to push their way into coming to stay with you, you block them. Any girl nutty enough to travel that far to spend the weekend with someone she's never met and hasn't specifically agreed to fuck (for a price) isn't someone you should ever let into your hotel room.

I am typing this up directly from my first night out in Bogota 4/13/22. I went to 4 different clubs including Troyas, Paisas and 2 other random spots recommended by the Uber. Every single spot charged 50,000 for Beer and 30,000 for soda, juice or water. 1 Dance was 50,000 and taking a girl upstairs was 500,000 k. When was the last time you were in Santa Fe? It seems the gangster have all gotten together and fixed the prices because it was insane paying $50 for 2 beers and a water with my 2 friends and the prices were exactly the same all 4 places we went.

Many places in Bogota have fixed higher prices to con customers that clearly look like foreigners. That would explain how they all offered you the same inflated prices. I recommend to go back with a Colombian looking male friend, that way they probably will charge the standard rate. I've never been quoted more than 100 k in SF and I was there this year, several times. But I know some girls can charge up to 150 k.

500 k is insane. Definitely a con.

When I read his M. O. It seemed to me he was making a lot of mistakes. All of that should be left for a face to face meeting. There is a tried and true saying in sales.

"you can't give them a haircut over the phone".

I certainly do not take any offense to any of the criticism here, but I do want to clarify. I put the girls into two different buckets (listed below) depending on their responses. On this trip I did not have a lot of time for wasted meetings and I also was not staying at a very girl friendly place, so I couldn't cycle through dates without having to start booking hotel rooms at additional expense. I am doing more research and planning things differently for my next trip which will be for about 6 weeks with a lot fewer business obligations. I do have a lot to learn though since this was my first trip trying this, so I appreciate the feedback. My 1st trip to Bogota was just a single high end club and I had no idea of anything in the city. My 2nd was a single visit to Santa Fe guided by Woodman and still little to no understanding of the city. My 3rd was the past experiences I have been sharing.

A) The girls that the talk went quick to money it was all through WhatsApp and it got me a quick result with an incredibly hot girl that spoke English. Any that asked for hundreds of USD I just said no thanks and moved on. So essentially zero lost time and a guaranteed result.

B) The girls that the talk did not go to money we had lots of good conversations on WhatsApp and I had the opportunity to line up dates with no talk of money. I only met with one of them (multiple times) due to time limitations and she wants absolutely nothing from me so far. I did pay for our meals and paid for her uber one night though because it was late and she was going to take the mass transit. I have plans to meet up with the remaining ones when I go back in May.

So anyways. I put some effort into the A category due to my very limited time / unpredictable work schedule and my lack of girl friendly accommodations. B category is going to get more effort next trip.

Same experience in the Dom Rep and Cartagena. All Spanish / Catholic countries celebrate Easter as a big deal. Girls go home to be with their families, like during Christmas. They will be back a week after Easter.

Thanks to many other posts about SA in the past, I was able to get a good idea of a good approach to start. There have been a couple really good posts about the actual SA experiences so I am going to more focus on the mechanics of using it and the dates for now. I will probably make another post after about the dates later. I want to share with you guys what seemed to work well on my first try. For reference. I am a late 30's guy that is more or less HWP. I would not consider myself the most attractive man in the world. I speak zero Spanish and like a GFE experience. Hi Allislost, sorry your experience was so bad. I got back April 5th and I did my writeup so anyone new would at least have a mild idea of pricing there. If those guys quoted me those prices, I would have just walked out. One thing I noticed in some of the clubs was that on the weekend, the waiters would have uniforms on with numbers for ID. The other days the waiters wore just regular clothes. Not sure if that makes a difference but I do like it when they have a uniform on, just so I could see his number just in case something comes up.

Sorry to hear about that-- sounds like the waiters you got conned you as those prices are highly inflated. Beers are 8-10 mil or -- And a typical trip upstairs is 70-120 mil + or more-- These prices from last week.
