Most of us just use the worldtraveler69 maps and walk the neighborhoods. There's like 40+ casas in central Chapinero you can get to by foot. You'll find a few of the ones on the map aren't there anymore, but while you're exploring, you'll find several new ones that aren't on the map. Guys handing out cards all over town for different places. Or guys standing in the streets trying to get you to come inside a close business. A few have had WhatsApp numbers where they share pictures of girls, but a lot of WhatsApp accounts have been getting shut down all over Colombia. Lost contact with a few Bogota places as well as Bucaramanga and Barranquilla spots. So it's hard to get a lineup, and even when the WhatsApp accounts were working, they would send you every picture of every girl that worked there in the last 6-12 months but not have pictures of the new girls that started working there within the last 1-3 months. So the lineups would be different once you got there.

Nope every single one of those former clubs are closed down. Replaced by empty lots and parking spaces. I don't remember a new place across from La Piscina but maybe there was a building I just didn't recognize as a club entrance.
