This is from 2 weeks ago. I was in zona T so decided to check out some of the northern clubs. From what I read there used to be a bunch of them on calle 86 a, but instead of finding clubs I just found a bunch of empty construction lots and parking spaces. Similarly both forms of Lalos seemed to have closed down. Was guided to a place called Blue House on Carrera 14 and another called Olimpo. Went inside and it was about 6-8 girls in each place but they were both completely empty (I was the only guy there). Seemed pretty sus so I just left each place without asking prices. This was around 8 pm so maybe that's why it was deserted.

I didn't find the girls at the places that attractive, and was kind of disappointed with my "northern club" experience. Copacabana and Lido from what I understand are still open, but I didn't go.

Nearly all these clubs closed defenitively during covid lockdowns as in this neighnorhood it was too expensive to keep paying the rent for a closed business. Lido and Olimpo are still open and a new one opened just in front of the former location of La Piscina del Norte. My opinion is that Covid just ended definitively these clubs that allready were killing themselves with outrageous prices. If you want an upscale club, try Club La 49 instead on Carrera 13. They manage at least a fixed price scheme and don't try to take advantage of gringos.

Just touchdown at Bogota with safe and sound. Its raining and I'm on my way to my hotel now. Would like to check out Santa Fe later on. Wish me luck and hopefully I won't get robbed. I really want to meet Woodman but I don't have bitcoin and only stay here for three days.

On Cr 7 and Cll 22 is Casa Rey which has a big main restaurant and 3-4 others in same building-- sushi, burgers, pizza, bakery.

Just South down the street is Las Torres a good BBQ-- There are 2-3 other BBQ restaurants in the area.

Also Asados on Calle 23 and CR 7.

And Florida is a good traditional white linen restaurant across from Los Torres on CR7.

Good bakeries with food on Calle 22 South of CR7 La Cometa is one and there is a nightclub across from it that has a good restaurant too-.

All have decent prices.

You don't need a Woodman tour, but you'll want it. He saved me so much time, money, and headaches by showing me the ropes of the area. After the tour you'll be so much further ahead than if you just tried to sort it all out yourself. Time saved is money well spent.

Thanks very much for this information. San Peter makes good impression to me, but many people write at the booking sides that music is loud. So I guess I will try out the Dorado 70.

Perhaps this should be in the Medellin section, in case anyone is looking for these places in Bogota.

Just a suggestion if you do end up booking the ibis museu. There is an excellent restaurant about a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel called gostino's. I've been eating lunch and dinner there everyday since I've been in Bogota. Relatively priced phenomenal sea food dishes and more. Promise you won't be disappointed.

St. Peter, it's not really hotel but it's girl friendly only minus is loud music. I found it through airbandb like most of the places I stayed. Never in hotel. People say Dorado on La 70 ta is girl friendly, try that. Good Luck.

Just a suggestion if you do end up booking the ibis museu. There is an excellent restaurant about a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel called gostino's. I've been eating lunch and dinner there everyday since I've been in Bogota. Relatively priced phenomenal sea food dishes and more. Promise you won't be disappointed.

I have had no problem bringing normal chicks there. I don't know about hookers. Just have to fill out the sheet at the desk and show ID.

Seems confusing to me whether that is actually the gringo rate. I went onto some of the local Spanish forums and they were talking about how between November / December the prices all shot up significantly. As an exapmle, I was talking to a local and he mentioned the price in Troya was 70 k last time he went. But on the Spanish forum they're all mentioning how the average went up to 90/100 k.

Similarly a lot of reports there mention 50 k for girls on the north stroll (on the south stroll seems different).

Hello Friends,

This report is from my first visit to Bogota which was from November 23rd till November 28th of 2022.

Drive to the Ibis hotel from el Dorado takes no more than 15 min.

Around 2 am Woodman met me in the hotel lobby and we went to Santa Fe. He said we shouldn't expect much action because it's late. Well, whatever we went. It wasn't bad, it was actually pretty nice and girls were cute. It was my first time so I had no comparison.

We visited troya, venus, paisas and other one I don't remember. We spent some time walking around, getting quotes and enjoying the night.

Then we took 2 girls to the coffee place and right after I continued with one of them at my hotel.

Next night I met with Woodman again and I had full Sant Fe tour which is recommended to someone who visits this place for the first time. It just saved me lot of time and I didn't have to grind through the place by myself. It was much busier and more options to choose from. Lots of girls and hard to walk straight without stooping to say "WOW". Seriously I haven't seen in Medellin so many girls in one area. Besides, Santa Fe at night made me feel less prone to be spotted by some asshole youtuber with hidden camera.

For the remaining time I would go there every night. And twice during the day.

Girls go for around 50 k-75 k for 25 min. Room should be included in the price..
