Most common but not the only causes of penile itching are fungus and latex allergy from condom use. Your symptoms are consistent with a fungal / yeast infection. Look it up. Try putting Monistat cream or its generic equivalent on your penis. It is over the counter and will say vaginal cream but it is fine to use on your penis. If the itching stops, then get a prescription for fluconazole either OTC in Colombia or via a doctor in the USA to kill the fungus in your body and stay away from sweets for a week. I would do 7 days of fluconazole. You will feel lousy day one and two as the yeast dies off then will feel energetic and clear headed. Read the side effects especially with fluconazole and other drugs and alcohol. You should stay away from booze those 7 days anyway.

If the itching persists, then you are most likely latex allergic which is common. Use OTC hydrocortisone cream if you are in the USA. You can get a stronger steroid cream in Colombia but administer as thin a layer on your penis as you can. Also take one zyrtec 10 MG or generic equivalent at bedtime for 7 or so nights. It will make you sleepy.

The problem with the antibiotics mentioned is they will make a yeast / fungal infection worse. Also, a steroid cream would make a fungal / yeast infection worse. On the other hand, there is no downside to treating the yeast / fungus first and given your symptoms, that is what you most likely have anyway.

And this is free advice and you get what you pay for. But FWIW, I feel for you. It is a common problem but is not discussed all that often. Yeast infections are technically potential STDs but no one talks about them like they are.
