If you truly are in NYC and were this concerned you would research a little and know that there are a number of options to be tested anonymously for this through either planned parenthood, quest diagnostics, etc. Secondly, if you have no partner then the family won't know. Third, if you're still on mommy and daddy's insurance then the insurance owner (presumably mom and dad) will see on their EOB you have gotten STI services however it's so easy to search online that you don't need to use your insurance and a sliding fee schedule is used which doesn't cost much at all so. If you can afford a flight to Panama then you can afford to pay for a test. I would go and get tested for Gonorrhea. Prob a antibiotic shot and 7 day course of doxy if positive.

If it were gonorrhea he would have a yellowish green discharge leaking from his dick. And he would need an I'm injection of ceftriaxone and take 1500 MG of azythromyckn.

Just because there is a metro station there doesn't mean they need to close down the zone. In Medellin there is a metro station called parque berrio which is literally right behind the tolerance zone called plaza botero / la Veracruz. When you get off the metro there are literally street girls in the fucking stairways as you go down to street level. And all up underneath the metro there are more street girls and dudes selling drugs too especially in the area between the Prado station and the parque berrio station. So why should Bogota be any different?
