The Dann Carlton hotel chains across Colombia are total shit and should be avoided at all costs. Took me 5 months and multiple in person visits to receive a $500 refund I was due. Incompetent and terrible customer service.

Refunds in any case are generally very difficult under any circumstances in Colombia. Returning a purchase is damn near impossible. Once a merchant has your money, airline, hotel, restaurant or clothing store, getting it back is very difficultif if not unheard of. The mindset in Colombia is to keep the money and try to get it back. I have found this style of business is pretty much a Latin America thing.

At least in my experience with 1 (the same) escort coming in multiple times it was never a problem.

I've stayed there twice so far. Each time I booked for 2 guests. I check in first, when when my Bogota girl comes and checks in with her ID. Not sure if you could bring in multiple girls.

Almost all hotels have no problem in your case. If hotel allows different girl on different day, it is semi-guest friendly in my book. Different girls on same day, then it is true guest friendly.

When I was in there and I seem to remember a member stating there were a few different entrances that you can use to get to the elevator without a problem. That may have changed post covid. One ploy that worked for me over the years was I would contact the front desk, explain to them I am staying on busines and I will be conducting job interviews and how can I insure my applicants won't be charged or harrased. That being said, this is a family hotel and keeping a low profile is in your best interest. Marching in a Santa Fe, scantily clad hooker at midnight, might not be a good idea LOL.

Lately when I have been in Santa Fe, Kalifornia has not been open. Are there only certain days that they are open?

I think it depends on traffic-- That night Texas was closed and Saturdays is usually open. I think California and Texas are the same management-.

If it is real busy both are open. If it is slower than Texas opens and California closes.
