Each section of the city is getting it shut off 1 day at a time for 24 hours 8 am to 8 am. It seems like your turn will be every 10 days or so as long as they do it. You can follow the info on the Bogota website and type in your address to see which day https://bogota.gov.co/.

If your building does not have water tanks, then you will not have water. If your building does. Then you will either have water the whole time, or your building might delay switching the water tanks on until later in the day. Or it will run out depending on your building.

I live in a building with tanks and we never ran out during the 24 hrs-- Most hotels have tanks I'm pretty sure-- and it's a checker board for the rationing.

The hotels in the areas will probably warn you-.

I need to read all the rules carefully.

I am not sure how much you are paying but most of the hotels I stayed in were guest friendly. If you are using seeking, I think you need to do a meet and greet. Colombia is the cheapest and it is a short flight away from the USA, and lodging is relatively cheap. Prices are up everywhere and will be until there is a recession.

Now, she wants 600 k an hour plus extras.

Now, she was always worth more than 280 k as she has the best DFK in Bogota.
