What seems "dangerous" is not always the most dangerous. I was walking with a friend, actually we were walking down toward the downtown area from Monserrate, and on the main road a couple of police stopped us. They said that road, specifically the next couple of hundred meters, was extremely dangerous. They actually stayed with us until a cab came by that we were able to get into. The cabby was nervous about stopping, but it was a busy road and he got us back downtown.

I thought Monserrate suppose to be the most tourist spot in Bogota.

There seems to have been a few posts about how bad the sex is here, or the quality of the girls, so I'd like to add my two-pence worth.

I've punted in numerous countries and dated civvies in even more, and my take is that if someone likes the European look (blonde hair, blue eyes, slim figures) then they will be disappointed with Bogota. The girls here have black hair, wide hips, and big asses. Frankly, I love that look, and so for me, the casas here are a very nice playground.

Another difference I've found is that the girls tend to be sweet (I know, that sounds weird right), tender and more GFE than their equivalents in Europe who tend to me more hardened, and mechanical. Out of the 20+ girls I've banged here, only 1 was a total let-down, and another 1 was a mediocre experience. On the whole, they've had good attitudes and willing to please.

I was on guard as soon as the uber dropped me off at Troja club. Haha; even the uber driver was a little concerned. Most likely nothing will happen; but if you would ever be a victim if a crime it most likely will happen here.

I did see a few suspicious looking loitering people on the other side of the street just ahead of where the police stopped to help us. I didn't think much of it. After two beers. Walked around a 4 block radius. First of all, there are no "beautiful" women here (Penelope Cruz, Selma Hayek). A couple of fair skinned girls looked ok to fuck. None would be let into higher end hotels.

Nah, just go to neighboring Peru or Bolivia and you will change your mind. There is no one there that looks as good as in Colombia. I do think people think there are beauties everywhere but the reality is Colombia is good for cheap and quantity not quality. The issue with Colombia versus say Sao Paulo is the 10's are all in one place in SP. Thing is even the higher end clubs are not that much better than the ones in SF.

I have not used the escort agencies nor Twitter in Bogota but I would think the beauty / hit rate would be higher there than Santa Fe. Thing is it is easy to alter the photos but when you see the videos on Twitter, that is a lot harder to fake IMO. To start on Twitter, I would go to #PrepagosBogota.

I agree 100%. The "most beautiful woman in the world" apparently have moved to other parts of the world. Found much better quality Colombianas in NYC, panama, Aruba, Spain. Last night Sunday in Santa Fe around 10 pm they had police come and shutdown all the clubs for not checking vaccination records to enter. First time this trip it was asked for in Bogotá except at restaurant / bars. By default of lack of customers paisas was the only club to stay open as they were lucky and compliant. Showed that maybe 30 men and 20 women were actually vaccinated. Prior to Fiebre, Atonis had maybe 15- 20 girls tops. 10 in Venus and 10 in paisas.
