What are your thoughts on Four point Sheraton (https://www.marriott.com/hotels/maps...s-bogota/?maps) . Its guest friendly (They want $15 extra for overnight) . Location wise is that close to most of the strip bars / brothels?

I stayed there for 3 days at the beginning of the New Year. Free breakfast was great and the location was good as it was only couple of blocks from Parque 93. Surprise to hear the $15 fee as they didn't charge me at all, since I booked for 2 and only ordered 1 escort each day. Think the $15 is when you go over the number of guests you booked. They had no problem with checking the escorts' ID's, sending them to my room after calling, and call me after to make sure everything is OK before the girls leave. They also gave me a room with two beds, don't know why, could be I accidentally booked it on-line. But both beds were queen-size and comfortable so I used one for sleep, and the other for "exercise." Given it was a 4-star hotel for $60 per day I would recommend it.

It is close (walking distance) to Loutron and relatively close (10 min uber) to the zone of massage parlors between CL 80 - CL 77.

It is a bit "far" from SF but not by that much (30 min uber).

If you plan to go several times to SF then I'd recommend Hotel Tequendama or Ibis Hotel in the KR10 since that is a 10 min uber to SF. If you don't plan to visit SF often, then that Sheraton looks fine.
