I was curious if Bogota is less spoiled. But being a big city probably brings diversity with it anyway.

Not sure. I'm in Villavicencio right now (about 3.5 hours from Bogota by bus) and I'm a decent looking guy but literally no one looks at me or cares. I don't scream "gringo" but well I'm definitely a white guy from the states. I haven't seen any other gringos at all. Maybe it's because the city is basically on the other side of Bogota and there's nothing beyond here really. But everything here is super cheap and air conditioning is apparently a luxury even though it gets up to 90 in the day. Madness.

Personally I think as long as you're not partying / drinking and taking all the necessary precautions, the risks aren't that much higher than they were before. There's always going to be scams and bad actors, and that applies everywhere. Always move the convo to Whatsapp as fast as possible and get to know them for a day or two at least before meeting up immediately.

And that will more than likely be a hooker. Normal chicks have jobs and other responsibilities and usually can not meet up immediately like that. You can tell the scammers and hookers right off from the pictures. It is like playing the game one of these kids are doing their own thing. If you know the place, then the pics do not fit.

Bogota is a big ass city with a lot of options. Paid, semi-pros, and GFE. But Bogota does come with it own set issues. Traffic, robberies etc. Is it still worth it? Yes!

Yes, all three Casas on that stretch of Calle 64 were open on Sunday. I was in the area around that same time. The street was quiet but you should have noticed the 2 guys out front of the other two casas. They will tell you to come inside. All three locations had their doors cracked open. Also you may have noticed there was a guy washing down the side of an office building with a water hose on the same side of the street near the casas if you went by there at the time you stated.

When I'm contacting girls on sites for independents, non agency. ID say at least half are still being answered by their boss at the casa they work at. Prices and extras usually listed in ad. But the true independent hot girls that answer their own publications definitely pay way more attention to the US numbers coming in. They'd rather hook a gringo at their going rate listed and add adicionales and repeat repeat and then convince you to come back and visit. Some girls even advertise they only see foreigners and not locals. So not sure where your logic is coming from. I speak Spanish, I'm from US and I just do my due diligence to know the going rates.

Johnnie, it sounds like you have heard hookers talking long term, but some of the stuff you mention like classes or buying a house, you did not personally see right?.

I wouldn't post hearsay without saying it is such. I do know the classes are real because she's been posting photos on WhatsApp and telling me what's happening there plus I've seen her posting in mom-group chat they have set up for it.

As for the one buying a house, I've been with her to the cambios (BTW I couldn't believe how cheap is to buy a house in Venezuela). That is only if you do not know what you should be paying. If someone tells you 500 K and you say ok then that is your own damn fault. Bango is right regarding USD negotiations. Give the girl one chance to negotiate in COP then walk away. Competition is high in Bogota and there are lots of girls to choose from. Many have said this before, but give the girls silent treatment if they do not agree to your fee. Many will come back and agree to your demands.

As for overnights, I tend to see the girls for an hour beforehand to sample and they know who I am. More often than not, they agree to negotiated fee and period. But the main message is, keep it to COP and never in an other currency.

Couple of months ago, a newbie poster wrote a very good write-up. Someone should have put that on a link to the Reports of Distinction.

He must have gotten a Comfort Level or higher level ride.

I found that out on my last trip. If you pay for the higher level ride (double to triple the price), then they come fast. It is still extremely hard to get a ride on the lowest level Uber ride from Santa Fe. The Uber system is broken.

I usually just check the prices on Uber, and then I use InDrive.

Someone also reported a mugging late at night, after the main strip-joints closed, when he was walking to his Uber. Note that Uber cannot pick you up in the street that has the main entrances to the strip-joints. He should have just used the taxis that are parked in front of the strip-joints.

I only stayed past the closing time of the main strip-joints once. I felt leery; the street was getting empty. I took the taxi parked in front. Just pay the extra money. All other times, I feel safe when the street is full of people.
