Well first of all its a big city.

It seems if you want to visit SF are you are better to stay within walking distance. BD Bacata which is a tower with a bunch of airbnbs is in an OK area and is about 15 minutes walk to SF. The other thing about staying near SF is that its towards the south of the city and 80% of the girls I met online seemed to live in the slums in the South like Kennedy district, so I think staying in the south / SF area is ok for meeting online girls.

If you want to hit casas and the "mezzanine", its further north near Chapinero. I think it would be too far for most of the south city slum girls to travel to.

So my opinion, if you want to hit casas, stay in Chaipnero.

Chapinero is a great choice. Centrally located between Santa Fe and Zona Rosa if you feel like going there. I'm in Bogota a lot and Chapinero is my go to. I especially like the La Macarena neighborhood around Plaza del Toro. Relatively safe, quieter with less street traffic than other parts of Chapinero with lots of dining options.

My usual trips to Bogota are about 5-7 days only. That's all the time I can spend for now. Personally, I have learned with such a short time frame, don't spend / waste time with Tinder / SA for a variety of reasons most of which have been mentioned here many times. You will spend / waste a lot of valuable time. Tinder, girls can be flaky and be hours late or just no shows.
