I went to my favorite testing lab, Cendiatra today. It is only 1 mile from where I am staying this time, so I decided to walk it. I arrived at 12. It was pretty crowded, but I was out of there at 12:46. She said I would receive my results in whatsapp and if I did not receive it within 2 hours then to call the number on the paper that she gave me. I said but last time I just waited outside and got the paper copy like those other people. She said those are people that are testing for their employer. Everybody else gets it through whatsapp. 90,000 pesos. I received my negative results at 1:04 while I was walking back to my spot.

Before returning to the US, I ordered a Covid test on my last day through my hotel. It was very inconvenient. I reserved a block of time from 3 PM - 6 PM but the nurse didn't get to the hotel until after 9. I got my negative result emailed to me. Delta has a thing where you can upload your results but it didn't work for me and said I would need to show the gate agent. But I never had to. I never showed my Covid test to anybody. It seems that all you have to do is fill out that stupid attestation form when you check in for your flight.

Well the last time I reviewed a nice restaurant, which I thoroughly enjoyed, I found out from several people, including some who had never been there, or hadn't been in a few years, that it's a horrible restaurant that nobody should ever visit. Let's try again.

Took the 2 girls who came from Medellin to visit me out to La Santa Guadalupe. It's located on Calle 109 just west of Carrera 15. It's a Mexican restaurant with nice decor. Prices are pretty high, close to 50 k average per entree. Price for 3 entrees, 4 drinks and an appetizer came to just over 300 k. Portion size is pretty large, there were plenty of leftovers.

They've got a pretty large menu with a wide variety of choices. Normally when a Colombiana says she likes spicy food that means it's okay to add a tiny bit of black pepper. However, one of the girls ordered some real tongue burner stuff and had no problem with it.

This was actually my second visit to the restaurant. 4 years ago I was staying right around the corner and had dinner there one night. I was happy enough with it to want to return again.

It's also just about 5 blocks away from the Mezzanine.

Sorry but that can't be true or you have a very limited experiences and was lucky.

It can be true, but you need to consider where each person is pulling girls from. In Medellin I almost always get BBBJ, I never have paid extra for it, or had to negotiate for it. However, I mostly see low volume Facebook girls and often spend time either in the shower, or in the jacuzzi with the girls before getting down to business.

If I was only frequenting the casas and strip clubs, or picking up SWs, I'd rarely get BBBJ, because I'm unwilling to pay extra for it.

So if a guy is getting girls from clubs, casas or the streets in Bogota, they're probably having a tough time getting BBBJ. If they're finding more independent girls, who probably cost a bit more, but are lower volume, then they're probably not having any problem.

The area where La Dulceria casa is Teusaquillo, not Fontibon. The casa is at Carrera 21 #52-06. It's an orange building with a white door. Ring the buzzer. It shows up on Google Maps.

I had to go back there today because I left my jacket yesterday and I really like that jacket. There was a very cute girl who answered the door there today and the girl from yesterday was also there. If the price doesn't scare you off, it does look like there's some decent talent. I'd stick with 30 minutes, though and treat it like a casa instead of a massage parlor.

Since I was back in the area, I walked around some and had breakfast. The neighborhood has a nice feel to it. It's near National University of Colombia and had a college vibe. There are lots of restaurants that look tempting and seem to have good prices. For just hanging out, people watching, eating and drinking, I think it's an excellent choice. There are a few other massage, casa places in the area, although I'm not sure what's still open, or how the other places stack up.

Any intel about ease of getting BBFS?

I'm going to differ with Latin lover here on BBBJ. This past weekend I visited many locations in Zona T, Chapinero, and Santa Fe and propositioned seven SW, only one would do BBBJ. This same girl did offer BBFS, but triple the price. So from my experience both of these are pretty difficult to find which is why I am about to board a flight to Medellin. It's ridiculous.

Currently otg, and having been all over Brazil, Colombia, and mexico this year, santa fe has the best sw talent as well as prince / quality in the Western Hemisphere. Maybe some of you guys arent peeking in all the doorways, side streets, etc? It's not like mde where they all stand there eying you down in a square block. Some are eating icecream, talking in groups, there isn't a better place for wam bam sw rn imo. Obviously there are slow days, during copa america itsempty and DIA festivosc but other than that it's almost 70% vennies out here and there is always somebody to fuck everyday 10-10 ime.

I guess it's a ymmv thing, the sessions have been great everyday for me.

I lasted 5 nights in Bogota before I decided it wasn't for me. Flying to Medellin tomorrow.

Other than the previously mentioned difficulty finding BBBJ and associated extras, it seems like the pandemic and economic issues have changed the mongering scene. Cassanova and Lidos have shut down or moved, the remaining clubs in Zona T area are terrible- Pussy House, La 49 are in decline, and as people have mentioned Santa Fe is not up to par. In general the streets seem empty- "for sale" and "for rent" signs are in about half the windows. I am in Parque 93, and walking around this morning I felt like I was in a post-apocalyptic sci fi movie where I was the last man alive. Add to that its cold and the thin air makes it hard to sleep- not sure why this is on anyone's list.

My buddy had a great experience 6 months ago with SA, but it seems even that has gone downhill. I think the main draw for Bogota at this point is for people who like quick, covered, cheap, impersonal sex in SF or the casas- which granted is still a draw. Other than that, there's no reason to be here. I doubt I will come back.

Sorry you had a bad trip to Bogota. I know Parque 93 area very well, my hotel for the last 9 years is around the corner. I think the fact that Monday was a holiday had a lot to do with the deserted scene you witnessed. I have not had any problem with BBBJ at all, in fact the only time a girl insisted on covered BJ was it the states years ago and I broomed her. That's why I hate sex in the states. As far as Bogota goes, I can't remember a time that I had a problem with BBBJ. I feel the same about SF, Pussyhouse etc. Not my scene. I did have a good experience in Juan Pablos years ago and still keep in touch with her. Lalos had hot women but the gringo prices were ridiculous and an insult.

To celebrate my release from quarantine this morning, I got out and did some walking, including a few laps around Santa Fe. For those of you who say Santa Fe is terrible, you're absolutely right. For those of you who say Santa Fe is awesome, you're also absolutely right. It's clearly an area where people are going to have strong opinions.

I started off my exercise by walking from my hotel to Portal Dorado, the closest Transmilenio station to the airport. It only took about 15 minutes and I was walking slow. Cost to buy a card for the Transmilenio was 6 k and each trip costs 2500. From Portal Dorado the L10 bus goes directly to Calle 22, takes about 15 minutes and Calle 22 station lets you out half a block from La Piscina. With today being a holiday it wasn't crowded at all.

I walked twice through the 4 blocks just west of La Piscina and walked a few blocks further north south and west. I wasn't planning an exhaustive survey of the area, I just wanted to form an opinion.

Although I was moving very slowly today (for 10 days, the furthest I walked was to the bathroom), I didn't seem to attract any attention. There were not too many people out, and not many girls out, but enough to get an idea. I felt quite safe and comfortable walking around. There was only one club open (about noon), with several touts out front. None of them were any bother.

I didn't see any girls who looked too young, but definitely some who looked too old. I did see two who would have been tempting, if I had more energy. There was a fair amount of eye candy as see-through clothes are more popular than in Medellin. As I've come to expect in Colombia, none of the girls were forward, just eye contact, smiles and a couple making that annoying clicking noise.

I imagine, later in the afternoon, when it's not a holiday, there should be something to satisfy anyone who prefers the street action.

From Santa Fe I hopped back on the Transmilenio to head to Chapinero. My only goal in Chapinero was lunch and taking some time to sit and rest. I ended up on a bus that didn't stop where I wanted, so I had to backtrack. No big deal, both buses were nearly empty. Walked to Centro Comercial Atlantis for some soup, juice and ice cream at Crepes and Waffles. Mainly I needed an excuse to sit and rest.

After lunch I decided all I could handle today was a massage. I'm sure there are some massage places in Bogota like the ones in Rio Sur, Medellin. I just have no idea where to find them. Instead I ended up at La Dulceria in Fontibon. If I hadn't been so exhausted by the time I got there, I would have continued on and found someplace else.

Girl came down when I rang the bell and told me I would have to wait a few minutes. A few turned out to be about 40 minutes. That helped some because by then I'd walked 6 miles and I needed to regain some energy. Finally 1 girl showed up, pretty good looking, nice body, probably about 30.

I chose the hour service, at the ridiculous price of 180 k. By that point, I decided my day was finished and after all the time I had already spent, I was at least going to find out how it was.

There really was no massage. She squirted a bunch of oil on my back, did a halfway body to body rub and that was it. My first time in Bogota I was still in halfway decent shape. The altitude didn't bother me until the day I tried walking up a slight hill. Damn near wiped me out.

My other 2 visits were after spending months in Medellin, losing quite a bit of weight and walking 5-10 miles every day. One day I walked nearly 30 miles and other than sore legs I felt great. That includes walking all the way from Parque Virrey to Unicentro mall and then back through Chapinero.

This time, with dealing with the Covid, there have been days when walking to the bathroom was an ordeal. I'm hoping tomorrow I'll get to at least do a bit of walking to test my recovery.

Unlike Cuzco that hit me like a hummer so I was scared to go to bed since it felt like I might die in my sleep, However, next morning I felt great and full of energy. Bogota was sneaky. I didn't notice the altitude until I went uphill one block from my hotel, swam in a pool and fucked a girl. Walking on a flat terrain was perfectly fine. And it didn't let go for 5 days until I left.

Well, it's hard to be impressed with any SA city after Rio, but don't give up on Bogota yet. Yes, it's a big city (like NYC), but in normal times it has its moments. Come back when all this shit is over.

Thanks to the advice of Xpartan, I just received a certificate of recovery from Covid and will be heading home Thursday morning. The best part was, it's cheaper to have a doctor make a house call than it is to get a Covid test at home. 150 k for the doctor and she was hot.

That is because today is a holiday. I always warn that Bogota will not give you a vacation feel. It is just a big, high-altitude, cold city. Good thing I stayed in Holiday Inn last night where they have heat (not to mention the nurse that was warming my body). Now I am off to an apartment hotel where I am not sure of the heat situation, but I need the washer and dryer that are in the apartment.

For me the main draw of Bogota is the non-pros, same reason I frequent Barranquilla. In Medellin the flake rate is off the charts. That is why I left there and came to Bogota 1 day early.
