    Not that easy!

Or is airB&b the way to go? I guess its important to book 2 guests for an air B&B listing or you could run into trouble? Any help is appreciated.
As Routard would say, all hotels in Bogota are guest-friendly, but most, in my research, will make you pay for the privilege.

Airbnbs don't always solve the problem, as the owners don't want mongers to annoy their neighbors. You always need to ask, be it a hotel or Airbnb. Having said that, some hotels will let you bring girls until 10 PM, then it's extra. Send them an email and ask.

I brought a girl to JW Marriott during my stay. Granted, she didn't look like a hooker, but even if she did, I don't think anyone would stop her anyway, at least during busy hours.

I know hotels that charge you a fee when you bring a girl in. I once booked a hotel for 2 people by myself and 3 hours later when my chica finally arrived, I received her in the lobby and we just walked in the elevator so we can get to my room in the 5th floor. When we got in the elevator one of the receptionists loudly told us in front of other people in the lobby "if you guys take longer than 20 minutes, that's an extra $#" LOL so you're going to have to pay extra for the most part. Airbnbs can be tricky. What type of Airbnb place were you looking at? Rent a room or an entire apartment? If you book with 2 then they might ask for the info of the other person, but once you bring that girl, I don't know if they will allow you to bring another girl especially in the same night. What I usually do is get a nice Motel to stay for 1, 2, or 4 hours with the girl / girls. I know many of them.

From RTFF seems Bogota and Medellin are best options. Is one city better or worse on a Sunday & Monday? Is there much variation in the action by the night of the week?

My interest is straight up P4 P (no time to hassle with Cupid or FB) and no real interest in late night partying, but want a good selection of under 22 year old chicas without implants for afternoon and early evening action.

Cheers. Really hope Colombia holds up to the hype! I fear I am spoiled a bit by Southeast Asia.
As a veteran monger I always try to manage my expectations especially a place I have never been before NO MATTER what you may read so just come and go with the flo and your visit will open up opportunities.

Now for 4 days I suggest pick ONE SPOT, be it either Bogota or Medellin, as you have more time to learn the lay of the land. I have experienced the Sundays to Wednesdays mongering visits to many cities in Colombia looking for pussy and my take as it pertains to Bogota and Medellin is they both do slow down a bit during this weekly time slot BUT a little bit of patience and putting in some efforts can and will lead to some great finds no matter what day of the week it may be.

Remember expectations only lead to resentments. Have fun!

    Happy New Year 2019!

Wingo, Viva Colombia, Latam and Avianca had cheap flights within the country for a cheap as $25 flights.

And I never said their were no budget airlines in South America. Wrong guy. I flew into Santa Marta for $356 roundtrip from Miami on Viva Colombia. I then took a bus to Cartagena stayed there for a day. Then decided I wanted to go to another city before going to San Andres so I went to Medellin $26 flight on VivaColombia. Once I had some fun there I found it was $27 to fly from Bogota to San Andres on Wingo instead of paying $120 from Medellíand. So I looked for a ticket to Medellin to Bogota and found one for $29 on Wingo. So I had a good time in Sante Fe for a night before having a relaxing few days with my Cali girl in San Andres who's round-trip was $71 using travel company Aviatur. After a few days on the island, she went to Cali and I decided to go to Barranquilla, where I am now, which cost me $42 on Wingo. I use Skyscanner, Momondo and Google flights to find the flights. Hope this helps.

Uber is way cheaper. For example, Uber from El Centro to Zona T was about the equivalent of $2.75 USD versus almost double that via taxi. I hate taxis, no matter the country.

I usually don't take either, although I've used both. Uber isn't accepted in Colombia. If you take Uber from the airport, the driver will meet you in the parking lot. They won't come near the taxi line.

Taxis in Bogota have a reputation for overcharging. Beware of anyone offering you a taxi inside of the airport. It's likely a freelancer who will charge a ridiculous amount.

My last 2 trips to Bogota were short trips and I traveled light. Walk out the door, hop on the green SITP bus for Portal El Dorado. At Portal El Dorado, get a card for the Transmilenio, hop on and I can ride to within a few blocks of my hotel for about $1.

If the taxi had better advantages that would make people choose them over other transportation, they wouldn't need a mafia would they?

In most places the shared ride apps are cheaper than taxis. You do not have to worry about a hot meter or haggling about the price. You also have to flag down a taxi. You can just push the button on your phone and the Uber comes to you. You do not need money for Uber. You can have a credit card stored on your account and it automatically charges the ride to that. I have an American Express Platinum and they give me $200 per year ($15 per month, $35 for December) credit for Uber.

Last year I was taking a ride from the airport in Manila to the hotel that I stay in there. It usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes. The cost was about $5. Traffic ended up being a mess that day. It took 3 hours to get to my hotel. It was still $5. Imagine what it would have been in a taxi.

Coming from Medellin, after about 3 months in Medellin I had no issues. Was in better shape, 20# lighter, 3 years older and had been doing a lot of walking around the hills of El Poblado. After 6 months in Medellin, I went to Bogota and ended up walking almost 25 miles in one day, with no ill effects. By that point I had dropped 50# and was in pretty good shape from walking about 100 miles per week. I like to walk, it helps me think.

If you're coming from sea level, I'd recommend trying to get into a regular exercise routine before your trip. It'll help offset the reduced oxygen. If you're from someplace at 4000' or more above sea level, you probably won't have any issues.

You can find hand sanitizer in most grocery stores or department stores. Probably won't find it at the smaller markets.
Thanks for the advice! Well, I'm a similar age to when you first went there, in pretty good shape and walk around 5 kms daily, also enjoy it! When its warmer I'm a keen cyclist. Where I live in Belgium is only 15 m above sea level apparently, I just checked!

Maybe just bad timing but it definitely wasn't "hundreds of girls" on carreras between calle 23 and calle 24. It's interesting area to see, but quite sketchy as ElMoreno202 yesterday wrote. I got immediately flashbacks from Metaxourgio RLD of Athens which is similarly rough looking, has about same going rate (10), and is also quite unsafe.

Does anyone have suggestions what time SF has most girls? I walked the "8" shape (see screenshot from wikiguide) several times between 2:30 pm and 5:30 pm and had some beers at Atunes and another similar joint. Atunes had better talent than the streets that day. I'm looking forward to visit SantaFe also evening time before making any further conclusions.

I took few pics from Calle 23 when leaving by taxi. These girls on Calle 23 were less hardcore looking than those in front of motels.
Thanks for the map dude! But DAMN, I hope the daytime scene is better than that when I go to Santa Fe, I wouldn't travel thousands of miles for that scene. Those are the less hardcore chicas? I would hate to see the more hardcore ones! I wouldn't go near any of them!
