There is a very blurred line in Colombia, weather it be in Bogota or Medellin or another location, between paid escorts (ie prepagos) and non-escorts but who have or are in very serious relationships yet will earn some side money with a gringo, and know that the majority of the time the boyfriend knows and even allows their girl friend to go out and have sex for money.

Of course not all Colombian women are this way but the vast majority are, I would suggest that 75% or more have earned money at some point in their life or are willing to consider it.

Spreading a message like this is bound to get someone fucked up if they actually believe it.

There are very different rules they play by in Colombia, I do not judge as I enjoy the benefits of this way of life. I have 2 very special paisa chicas here in Medellin and working on others, BOTH have serious relationships, they are not a prepago per se but I pay them for their company. I know for certain that both have serious relationships with their respective boyfriends but they also enjoy the money (especially at Christmas time) and fun times.

This is the norm or should say the way of life here in Colombia. An attractive chica will have her boyfriend to go dancing with, a lover or two who give them dick, and a sponsor type guy (like me the gringo) who helps them with economics.

Of course not all Colombian women are this way but the vast majority are, I would suggest that 75% or more have earned money at some point in their life or are willing to consider it.

So the point of this is that there are no dead-ends in Colombia, yes even stunners, just takes time and effort and a bit of spanish and some good flirting and you will be shocked at what happens.

At the moment I have many numbers but no completed dates so I have no real advice on this. Maybe the best approach is similar to what I explained in previous post. Just call it shopping money and the non-pros don't freak out.

Are you that deep in the game? Why are you searching for ways to pay chicks that are not hookers? If the chick is a hooker, then the onus is on her to let you know she is doing it for money. It is not your responsibility to guess who is who or just pay everyone because you do not know.

Nothing is mandatory. I personally prefer Bogota over Medellin, but some have an issue with altitude sickness.

The amount of ass is really stunning in this city. They roam all over and looks like more girls than guys everywhere (disclaimer: haven't seen stats though). Getting numbers in Zona T nightlife is fairly easy. I tried few different disco bars with tropical music as they call it here. Cannot remember the names but all places with dancing are good for this.

Procedure:

1. Go to bar with some dancing on Thu-Sat around 9 pm-1 am.

2. Get a beer and lean a wall.

3. Don't be shy having eye contact and wait the girls to come to speak you (or go yourself if brave).

4. Change the whatsapp numbers and organise a date for the next day.

Seems like most nightlife is from Thu-Sat with the exception of Gringo Tuesdays. Be sure to visit there if your Spanish sucks. Everyone wants to practice their English. During the language exchange part it's fairly easy to get numbers "to show you around city" or "practice their english more next day". I didn't stay very late but it seemed like the good girls go home early and get replaced by semi-pro types. By good girls I mean that some drank just water and had even their english teacher with them or something like that. This party is probably even easier playground than the weekend rumbas I explained above.

I know many of you have different opinions and tactics regarding non-pro game. I tried to explain how it worked for a first-timer who doesn't know anyone in the city and obviously looks like a gringo.

I've been in Bogota now for a while and feel it's really a great city in all aspects! I will report my experiences in few different scenes during the coming days. To get started here are my experiences with seeking.com girls.

I paid the membership for three months mostly to prepare my Spanish and secondly to collect numbers before the trip. First goal was met easily since you always have someone willing to chat longer periods of time. The second was more tricky because the girls change a lot in short period of time. It doesn't really make sense to pay more than minimum subscription just before the trip. It's pretty easy to collect whatsapp numbers and then organise meeting. I got some invaluable intel from fellow member Butch145 via private messages. He did the same thing in Medellin what I now made in Bogota. So this procedure has been proved to be working in two cities.

To write it short:

1. pay SA subscription.

2. chat and get numbers.

3. organise meeting in whatsapp.

4. don't discuss money and invite the girls to your place.

5. after you're done be generous but not stupid, 150-200 k will do in both cities.

6. repeat starting from step no 2.

It's really this easy. Be prepared that some girls don't read SA or even whatsapp very regularly. It's better to keep few options on table at all times. I was also scared about the step 4 and afraid of having debates after the sessions. Thanks to advice by Butch145 I was brave enough to try it this way and it worked every single time. It pretty much goes like "cierra tus ojos" and put some money in her bag and say goodbye. Some professional girls probably want to discuss money upfront but real freelancers deal it differently. You will easily spot who is pro and who is not.

Is it not better to spend more time on Bogota for our hobby and et the remaining time for tourism? Indeed, I prefer to avoid more than one big city during my stay and visit Carthagena and Santa Marta.

I know, I have spent time in both cities. Medellin cannot hold a candle to Bogota in terms of Quantity. The quality is the same. Bogota is the city that all the bad girls go to.

Literally, spent few weeks reading about Medellin but Bogota is way more convenient due to the availability of direct flight from where I live.

Realized that Bogota isn't discuss much as Medellin so wasn't so sure why in desperate of being a capital city.

11 pm 12-13-18 Just got back from SF had a little snack, some street meat and don't mean I sessioned LOL!

But I wanted to. It was slow traffic wise but there were at least 30 SGs there that I would love Bone down on and I think most guys would too. I might wander back down later.

Glad you got away from that guy OK who tried to mug you for your shades! How were you were looking, dressed down enough on the day? And what's the dress code to go to these clubs at night, surely a bit smarter? Is it safe to just jump in any taxi when leaving a club there at night, by nature I would be a bit dubious to do that.

Jeans and t-shirt nothing fancy or you'll stick out like a sore thumb.

No need to flame you. You spent your money and enjoyed yourself. You took what was available and made the best of it. One thing I would recommend. Take out more money than you need. If I'm expecting to spend 300 k, I'll get 500 k. It gives you options. It also saves you if an unplanned expense pops up. If you have money left over give it to niece's or nephews for a souvenir, or spend it at the airport. Or just put it in your suitcase for your next trip to Colombia.

Or change it at the airport. There is a convenient Cambio office once in international zone.

So I read Routard's post in his FAQ thread from 10/28. My thanks to him as the info was great. Wish I had more time in Bogota this trip!

I travel a lot for work (white boy from the states) and Bogota is a new destination for me, as is Colombia. I've mongered a ton all over the USA, once in San Jose Costa Rica, once in Santo Domingo the. Are. , and some in Europe, all on business trips. Decided it was time to register an account here. When I travel for work, I don't have a ton of free time, nor do I get to pick the hotel location, etc. Long story short, my window of opportunity this trip was very narrow, but I will probably be back soon, hopefully with more time.

This trip though, by the time I was free of work it was Tuesday night at 730 pm. I had to catch an early flight home, so I wanted to stay near my hotel on Calle 100 near Carrera 7. Using Routard's map that meant I had just missed the cluster of Spas he recommended as most close by 8 pm. Same went for Absolut Spa which was very close. So that left Loutron which was open till 10 pm and was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. I realized from Routard's notes this was one of the overpriced options in Bogota, as it was a massage parlor, and apparently the most upscale one as well. But I didn't want to leave town without action, and overpriced action here is still cheap compared to the States. Still as a seasoned monger I hate overpaying. However, as a gringo who doesn't speak Spanish I knew the deck was stacked against me..
